When the fusion with the three goblins was successful, the new goblin that erged from the hole was unlike anyone could have compared to its past self.
As Dhruv checked the monster in front of him, he couldn’t help but feel a wave of awe passing over him.
The goblin had undergone a total transformation, turning into a huulk. Dhruv carefully approached the monster in front of him to check if there were any unwanted mutations happening in his body.
After carefully inspecting the monster in front of him Dhruv wasn’t surprised to find that even after this significant transformation, there weren’t any extra or bad changes in the goblin’s body.
After checking its body the second ti, Dhruv looked at the monster and fired a fireball.
The fireball hit the goblin directly in the chest. Dhruv waited for a few seconds, but he couldn’t hear any cries coming from the hole.
’Is one fireball not enough to damage the guy anymore?’ Dhruv thought as he looked at the hulk-like creature in front of him.
As he looked at its chest, he found that there wasn’t even a burn mark on its body, let alone it had the ability to make the monster cry in pain.
Nodding, Dhruv considered that this must be the case. He then thought of using a different spell. He conjured a tal spear and after compressing it very slightly he fired it toward the left shoulder of the monster.
This ti, the spell had managed to make the monster bleed, and in response, it produced a cry of pain that echoed from the hole. The mont the sound reached his ear a frown appeared on Dhruv’s face.
CHII!-OO!
He couldn’t quite figure out exactly what the monster was saying. It sounded like one part of the monster was trying to say "CHI" while the other part of the monster was trying to say "CHO."
After thinking for a while, Dhruv ca to a conclusion.
"So sowhere between the third and sixth fusion, he had changed slightly, and now the goblins of the CHO category have begun to get the upper hand," he thought.
Even after finding out this Dhruv didn’t stop his experint there; he was planning to find the exact number at which the main subject—CHI goblin— would clearly lose its mind to the new ones.
With these thoughts in his mind, he went to the pit and captured one goblin. This ti he didn’t rush and was planning to proceed slowly, adding one goblin each ti to determine the exact point of change.
Without wasting any more ti, he directly threw the goblin into the hole and started the fusion. Ten seconds later, the fusion was complete.
After the fusion when the goblin got out of the white do, he found that there weren’t any significant changes to its body in this fusion.
Looking in front of him Dhruv fired a tal spear and listened to its cry.
CHII! -OO!
Even this ti, the sound of the cry was the sa, but Dhruv could feel that slowly the "CHI" sound was being suppressed by the other sound.
He repeated the process another three tis. After a total of ten fusions, the initial goblins had been fully suppressed, and now the only sound they let out was that of...
CHO!..
After thinking for a while about whether he should add another goblin or not, but after careful consideration, he thought that this was enough for what he had wanted to know from this experint.
To be exact sure, Dhruv hit the goblin multiple tis, and every ti the result was the sa; the goblin always produced the "CHO" sound.
Satisfied with this, Dhruv took out his notebook and began to write on it...
# Result
1.} Between the third and sixth fusion, the initial goblin–CHI– began to lose control of its mind, and the mind of the one it was fusing—CHO— with started to dominate. The exact number isn’t known yet.
2.} From that point on, it continued to lose more of its mind after each fusion, and after the tenth fusion, it finally lost its mind completely and was unable to rember anything about itself.
3.} From this experint, we can understand that the more one gets fused with another party, the more they will lose their mind.
After writing this, Dhruv paused for a mont to think, and then once again began to write...
# Unable to conclude:
1.} Even after this experint, I can’t really tell which one of the "CHO" goblin managed to take over the mind of the "CHI" goblin.
For example, if I fuse a human with ten other humans, will a takeover happen? If a takeover happens, who would be the real owner of the body? Will it be the tenth person, or will they all share the body? Or will a new consciousness will form?
2.} Another thing I can’t determine at the mont is what will happen if I were to fuse another type of monster with the goblins. Would the outco be the sa, or would it change depending on the type of monster? Due to not having enough types of intelligent or semi-intelligent species, this couldn’t be proven either.
3.} Because the test subject was already a monster, to begin with, I can’t tell if it has lost its mind or not after the fusion. Lost its mind in the sense that it could go berserk at any mont.
After writing these three problems, Dhruv contemplated whether there were any other flaws in this experint or not, but even after thinking for another five minutes, he couldn’t find anything.
Even though he didn’t find anything, Dhruv had a feeling that he might have missed so things. That’s why he took out the notebook and wrote:
4.} Unable to figure out at the mont...
Writing this in the notebook, Dhruv flipped through a few more pages and stopped when he reached the page where he had noted the stats of the monster.
Now, he wanted to check how much its stats had increased after seven more fusions...
