Noticing the new threats, Arthur and Ajeet charged forward, their weapons slicing through the air as they clashed with a pair of goblin minions.

The goblins, ard with sharp fangs, t the two warriors with fierce determination. While the two were busy with the goblin in front of them, Dhruv noticed sothing else.

"Arthur, behind you!" Dhruv yelled as a goblin tried to sneak up on Arthur.

The sound attracted Lirael’s attention and he quickly fired an arrow toward the goblin, injuring it. After killing the goblin in front of him, Arthur swiftly took down the sneaking goblin as well.

Lirael constantly kept an eye on the battlefield in front of him, ready to give support at any mont.

Dhruv turned his vision and found one problem once again. He was about to warn the old man that a goblin was about to attack him but stopped when he noticed that...

Drawing his bow, Lirael fired an arrow that found its mark, taking down a goblin who was aiming for Ewen, the old man.

Ewen raised his staff and conjured a barrier of thorny vines to immobilize the injured goblin. With the spell "Wood Spear," he quickly finished the monster.

At this mont, the boss had reached the group. The boss quickly found his prey and targeted the two warriors of the group. Noticing the boss, Sylas instantly activated her taunt ability and shouted...

"You fucking green pieces of shit... look at this," she shouted as she showed a middle finger to the monster.

Listening to these words, the boss quickly changed his direction, dashing toward the tank.

’Sigh! Why am I forced to taunt them physically,’ Sylas sighed as a tint of redness appeared on her cheek.

Dumm!

Sylas used her shield to deflect a powerful blow from the boss. The impact sent shockwaves through her arm, but she stood firm, refusing to yield an inch of ground.

Noticing the deadlock between his teammate and the monster, the old man quickly bound the goblin with vines.

Nodding toward the old man, Sylas quickly raised her head and tried to bash the monster on the head. She quickly realized that there was a problem with her attacking the monster on its head...

She was short.

She didn’t get depressed about her height and quickly found her other target. With full force, she attacked the boss on his knee, knocking him off balance

While falling to the ground, the boss didn’t falter and quickly summoned five more minions.

’Ummm! The number of minions gets cut in half, does that an he could only use this ability three more tis,’ Sylas thought as she diverted her focus from the boss and began to attack the minions.

While the rest of the group focused on the minions, the old man took the boss as his foe.

As the battle raged on, Ewen’s wood magic blossod into its own. Vines coiled around the boss’s limbs, saplings sprouted to entangle their feet, and leaves whipped like razors through the air, striking down the foe.

This was the old man’s advanced spell he had learned after arriving on the island. The na of the spell was [Botanic Havoc].

Due to the spell being mana-heavy, the old man quickly released the spell and began to attack with basic spells. The vines, saplings, and razor-sharp leaves turned into green particles as the boss regained his balance.

However, the boss found himself under a relentless barrage of wooden projectiles yet again, his tattered green hide gradually wearing thin.

With his hand in the praying position, the boss summoned the goblin minions once more, but this ti, the number of monsters summoned was only three.

The mont the boss summoned the minions, Dhruv’s focus increased as he watched the battle attentively, ready to intervene at any mont.

Looking at the summoned boss, Sylas quickly shouted, "You bunch of little unwanted children, what are you doing there? The place you belong is here." Sylas pointed at her feet.

’Ohhh! That is quite a skill,’ Dhruv thought as he observed that the minions got into total madness and began running toward her. The old man was once again alone with the boss.

Seeing the three goblins running toward Sylas. Ajeet and Arthur quickly approached her, making it a one-on-one battle.

Ajeet and Arthur swang their weapons like so crazy dancers turning the field into a dance of death.

The battle had begun to show its effect on them, and now their attacks beca more precise, exploiting the weak points in the goblins’ strong hides.

The boss was on his last breath, and the old man knew this, yet he didn’t have a strong spell that could finish the monster.

Looking at the old man with deadly eyes, the boss began to sprint toward the old man. Following the monster’s steps, the old man quickly casts a spell. Vines began to grow between them as the monster once again got immobilized.

The vines generated from the normal spell weren’t that strong, and the boss tore through them as if they were made of paper. Getting free from the vines the monster once again began his sprint toward the old man.

The monster was midway when suddenly sothing hit it on the back.

Lirael, who had just finished killing a minion, observed that the boss was sprinting toward the old man. He swiftly loaded an arrow on his bow and shot at the monster’s back.

The boss quickly summoned the last three goblins to keep the rest of them busy as it continued its sprint toward the old man. Arrow after arrow lodged into its hide, but the monster paid them no heed and increased its pace.

As the old man’s gaze locked onto the nacing monster, his heartbeat quickened. He knew he was on the last reserve of his mana, just enough for another five or six basic spells, and then nothing more.

Desperation crept over him, and he thought of retreating to safety when a voice resounded in his ear,

"Use the enhanced version of the spell; you’ve got this, old man," his lord’s encouraging words echoed in his head.

A smile appeared on his face as his face as determination surged through him.

’Yes! I can cast the enhanced wood spear. I must do it,’ the old man resolved as he raised his trembling hand.

Gathering mana at the tip of his hand, he watched as the monstrous creatures drew dangerously close. He couldn’t afford to falter.

"Not now," he pleaded silently as the monster closed to within 20 ters.

"Not now," he urged himself as the mana gathering at his fingertips beca increasingly unstable.

"Not now, Ewen," the old man murmured, taking a deep, steadying breath.

The monster drew within ten ters of the old man, and still, no spell had been unleashed.

As the creature raised its club, aiming for the puny human before it, the mont arrived.

"Boooommm!"

A deafening sound reverberated through the Jungle as a fist-sized hole suddenly appeared in the boss’s chest.
