Dhruv wasn’t as thrilled upon seeing this larger sum of coins as he had been before. After all, he couldn’t invest his coins in stats anymore, and there wasn’t anything interesting or worthwhile item he wanted to purchase from the store.
Dhruv felt even more disappointed when he discovered he only received two items this ti, and neither of them seed like weapons or armor. One of them resembled a throne, while the other was a large folded piece of paper.
’Let’s not get discouraged just yet; we’ll assess their value after reading their descriptions," he motivated himself that the item would probably be good after all it had co out from the Diamond Chest.
Dhruv first looked at the throne that had appeared right beside him. In terms of looks, he wasn’t disappointed with the throne one bit; in fact, he was quite amazed by it.
The throne was a pristine white in color, and its shape resembled that of a celestial star. It appeared to be crafted from so type of tal that was shining with a heavenly glow. An intricate star pattern was ticulously carved on the backrest of the throne while the tall backrest looked imposing. For the emperor to sit on there was a luxurious royal black cushion.
With just a single glance, Dhruv can say that this thing is a masterpiece. When Dhruv was looking at the throne he felt a strange power pulling him toward the throne and begging him to sit on it.
Dhruv couldn’t resist the temptation and sat on it. The mont he settled in, he could feel the softness of the cushion. An illusory power seed to seep into him, he couldn’t explain why but he placed one of his legs over the other and began tapping the armrest with his finger, like so mysterious ruler.
He quickly snapped out of the illusionary power and noticed a notification floating in front of him with the description of the throne.

"Just that," he thought. Dhruv was neither impressed nor unimpressed by the description of the throne as there wasn’t anything he could make up of it. Without wasting any more ti, he promptly looked down to see the enchantnts of the throne.

’There are five enchantnts on this throne. The nas seem pretty interesting, but let’s see what their effects are,’ with that thought in his mind he clicked on the first enchantnt.
[Imperial Dominion: Through Imperial Dominion, an aura of the ruler’s influence will perate the entire region under his rule. With the influence of this aura, his subjects will display an increase in allegiance, devotion, and loyalty towards him. A chart will be provided once the number of citizens reaches 10,000, displaying various characteristics of his subject.]
’So, it’s an aura-type skill, and its effect would make my citizens less likely to rebel or go against my orders. Doesn’t that make a dictator? But then again, it would only influence them slightly, not completely change their minds, or else they would beco puppets who just follow my orders mindlessly.’ Dhruv thought.
After carefully understanding the enchantnt, Dhruv realized it was a very valuable skill. The subtle influence it offered over the subjects would help counteract any external influences that would attempt to incite his citizens. Plus, there was the intriguing chart he would receive once his citizen count reached 10,000, although he didn’t know its exact details yet.
With a satisfied nod, he clicked on the second enchantnt to learn more about its description.
[Shield of Sovereignty: With this extraordinary ability, the user can withstand a single attack of any magnitude while sitting on the throne. The shield will automatically deploy when the attack reaches a threshold that the ruler cannot withstand on his own. This enchantnt can only be deployed once, and after using it, the ruler must wait another 24 hours to use its effect again.]
’Whoa! Whoa! What does it an by ’attack of any magnitude’? Does that even include god-like entities?’ His mind instantly went into a frenzy when he read that, but he managed to calm himself when he looked at the full picture.
’let’s not get ahead of ourselves,’
After reading the description, Dhruv couldn’t help but get excited about the potential uses of the enchantnt. However, he slowly realized there were multiple drawbacks that prevented him from using this enchantnt like a cheat.
’It’s not like I would always carry the throne around and summon it whenever enemies attack to avoid the attack.’ he thought. Even though he found the limitations of this enchantnt, he acknowledged that it was still a valuable asset. With a bittersweet feeling, he clicked on the third enchantnt.

’Hmm, pretty neat, but you forgot one thing, Mr. Throne: I don’t have a castle, so how am I supposed to use this enchantnt?’ he thought sarcastically.
Not finding any imdiate use for the enchantnt, he didn’t dwell on it longer and moved on to the description of the next enchantnt.
[Imperial Teleportation: With the help of Imperial Teleportation, you can teleport to any location within the castle and teleport back to the throne from anywhere within the castle.]
’Sa problem, but the enchantnt is pretty good. With the help of this enchantnt, nobody could kill in the castle. If anyone dared to attack , I could just teleport back to the throne where I’m invincible for one attack,’ he thought, recognizing its potential value for his protection along with its usual use.
’Let’s see what you can do,’ he thought, and with this thought, he clicked on the last enchantnt of the throne.
