She opens her mouth to say sothing but I cut her off.

"Did it not occur to you that it might’ve been soone sent to follow you? That it might’ve been a way to get past my gates? To see how we operate?"

I take another step toward her, sh doesn’t retreat, but I see the flicker in her eyes.

She steps closer, her voice softening slightly.
