Elisa suddenly heard a voice, noticing Monica running to her side, her cute face was now wearing an even cuter smile, although her hair was a bit ssy, she was very pretty when smiling.
"Y-Yeah… It was incredible."
Elena also walked to her side, nodding while smiling lightly, giving her a thumbs up. She was amazed.
"You killed the boss on your own?!"
And Anna was shocked, she couldn't quite believe that Elisa just took down the boss on her own just like that, she was way too overpowered.
"Eh?"
Elisa was surrounded by Elena, Anna, and Monica, who rained praised on her. This ti, there was people that cared about her more than she thought. She felt slightly flustered.
"You saw that?" She asked timidly.
"Of course we saw it, how couldn't we?" Elena wondered. "We were going to help you out, but that thing ended being defeated solely by you… Wasn't it made by like over a hundred Nightmareborns? That's no small feat…"
"Yeah!" Monica said. "I don't think I could've been able to do that… I would've struggled a lot… H-Heheh, you're cool, Elisa…!"
"Even less !" Anna said. "Hmm, maybe if I combined my Familiars? But I don't know if these guys are as strong as my BNLO Familiars… So yeah, I hate to admit it but that was pretty damn fucking crazy Elisa, you stole the spotlight…"
"R-Really?!"
Elisa was still processing what they were saying, but slowly, she stood up and smiled confidently, and then…
"Hahahaha! Of course I did it! Who else would be able to do it?! I am amazing, aren't I? Yes I know I am incredible; you can keep praising ! Heheh…"
The praise ended getting into her head, and before she could realize, she began acting all arrogant and prideful again.
But well, she did deserve all the praise, right? Even more to act like that…
"Eeeh? You already got all arrogant, ugh…" Anna groaned, facepalming while looking at Elisa laugh because of how superior she was.
"I suppose that's how she is…" Elena smiled. "Well, looks like the Nightmareborns are mostly cleared and we're making our way to the Nightmare Cloud…"
"Ah yeah…" Anna looked around. "I hope things don't get even worse inside… Ugh."
"Don't set up such obvious flags, or they'll beco real…" Elena facepald.
"What, really?!" Anna panicked. "How is that even a thing though?"
"I'm joking~" Elena smiled lightly.
As the two talked, Monica kept praising Elisa, she was the best at that.
"Y-yeah, that's right Elisa, you're incredible…" Monica nodded, with mostly enamored eyes. "Y-You deserve all the praise in the world…!"
"H-Heh! Really? Well I'm glad you finally recognize just how great I am, Monica," Elisa smiled. "D-Don't you dare steal the spotlight next, okay?"
"W-Was I?! I was just trying to help, I'm sorry Elisa! I'll do my best for you…" Monica nodded.
"A-Ah…! Well, if you weren't showing off then I guess that's… that's fine," Elisa blushed as Monica got closer to her. "D-Don't get closer though, perv! D-Don't think I haven't forgotten your kiss…!"
"Kiss?" Monica wondered. "A-Ah, that… Uh, sorry…"
"Y-You're sorry?! You don't have to, you know? A-Ah, I an… you don't… it doesn't matter, hmph." Elisa kept changing her expressions as she simply decided to not care.
"D-Did you like it?" Monica wondered, blushing a bit. "Elisa I… I kind of… liked it…"
As Monica talked, she began fidgeting her own hair, making Elisa find her cute.
"I-I an…! Um…" Elisa muttered. "It was… my first kiss… I can't believe you stole it!"
"E-Eh?! Really? It was mine too!" Monica smiled.
"Ugh…" Elisa groaned. "Let's talk about this later, ok? Um, in another occasion I guess…"
"S-Sure…!" Monica nodded. "I guess it isn't the right ti now…"
"It certainly isn't!" Elisa said. "So don't do anything perverted…"
"Geez, you don't have to apologize so much either…!" Elisa complained.
"Okay… I won't! Sorry…" Monica nodded.
"You're doing it again…" Elisa facepald.
"E-Eheh…" Monica giggled nervously.
"…"
Elisa only glared her in silence for a bit and then elsewhere.
She found that nervous giggle rather cute as well.
"Alright! We're almost there, everyone!"
Morpheus voice echoed through the entire Dream Cloud, as everyone looked into the front, seeing as the Nightmare Cloud was about to touch the giant ship-shaped dream cloud.
Darkness began enveloping everyone, as the Nightmareborns suddenly stopped coming altogether, sothing that made several of the people here wonder what was actually happening anymore.
"The Nightmareborns are gone completely?" Rita wondered. "Isn't this too suspicious? Out of nowhere they're gone just when we're going inside?"
"Perhaps they got tired and went to take a nappy?" Lily wondered, trying to take this lightly.
"I doubt they would ever do that Lily…" Elayne said. "They're Nightmareborns, they don't even sleep to begin with. Such concepts don't exist for them I believe. But yes, we could be waiting for an ambush, we have to be prepared. Everyone is ready?"
"I am ready anyti," Mark nodded. "This sword, the shield and the rest of the equipnt are fantastic as ever. Thanks for everything, dear."
"A-Ah, it's nothing my love…" Elayne giggled cutely, kissing Mark's lips several tis.
"E-Eeeh? The two are making out in such a situation?!" Rita gasped, murmuring mostly to Lily.
"Heheh, well, they're rather young, aren't they? Young people is like that," Lily smiled with a nod.
"Young? I wouldn't call Elayne the youngest out there but… Um, just how old are you Lily?" Rita glared at her while raising an eyebrow.
"? I wouldn't really like saying though… Rita you're a woman like , and you're asking for my age? Of course I wouldn't say it…" Sighed Lily.
"Aw co on, we're between friends!" Rita said.
"I-It's… Uh, over fifty…" Lily felt embarrassed.
"Woah that's not… what I imagined." Rita said. "Well, you look way younger either way."
"Yeah, the Magic Circle, and the Physique developnt have greatly de-aged my body, I feel like I'm on my last twenties or early thirties…!" Lily nodded. "It's really nice, right? To have such abilities. You won't get older either, Rita."
