Bride Swap Backfire: My Cousin's Rebirth Made Us a Power Couple Chapter 318 - 129: Stirring Up Trouble
The three of them chatted as they walked, and before they knew it, they arrived at the rented courtyard.
Once inside, Zhao Jing grabbed Chen Wanqing’s hand and led her straight toward the west wing.
De’an had only looked down for a mont to pull at a loose thread. When he looked up again, Zhao Jing had already led his sister into the room.
Then, with an arrogant SLAM, the door slamd shut right in his face.
De’an cursed, "Fuck!" He ran to Zhao Jing’s door and started pounding on it. "Zhao Jing, what are you doing?! Let my sister go! Zhao Jing, you—"
The door was pulled open from the inside, revealing Zhao Jing’s very annoyed, handso face.
"You’re disturbing us."
The corner of De’an’s mouth twitched. "Disturbing my ass! You let my sister out, and see if I co looking for you again!"
"That’s my wife! De’an, have so sense and stop bothering us." SLAM!
"Hey! I... you... Zhao Jing, fuck your ancestors! Zhao Jing, it’s broad daylight!"
The door was pulled open again, and Zhao Jing’s face appeared behind it once more. The dark aura around him was almost tangible.
Zhao Jing untied the purse at his waist and tossed it to De’an. "I know it’s broad daylight. If you have nothing to do, go out for a walk and buy so local specialty snacks for Wanqing to eat."
With that, the door clicked shut in De’an’s face yet again.
De’an was so angry he laughed.
’What kind of shitty friend was this!’
’I’m his brother-in-law!’
’Can’t he show the least bit of respect?!’
Inside the room, Chen Wanqing was lying on the bed, her body shaking with laughter.
Sensing the bed dip beside her, she lifted her head to look at Zhao Jing.
"Jing, don’t bully De’an."
"He’s the one bullying ." Zhao Jing made no attempt to hide his feeling of being wronged. "He knew how desperately I missed you, yet he insisted on hogging you all to himself. You can’t just feel sorry for De’an and not for ."
"When was I feeling sorry for him? I was clearly just—"
"I know. You feel sorry for , right? You traveled through the night to the Prefecture because you were worried about , to co see specifically, right?"
At so point, he had pressed himself tightly against her. Yet, the closeness only left him feeling parched.
Sothing inside him was screaming to get out, wanting to ravage sothing.
’But I can’t. It’s broad daylight, and she’s too tired. She needs to rest properly.’
But Zhao Jing truly couldn’t hold back any longer. In the end, he picked her up and sat her on his lap, face-to-face.
The two sat together in an embrace. He wrapped his arms tightly around her slender waist and buried his head in the fragrant curve of her neck, deeply inhaling her orchid-and-musk-like scent.
It was this scent that haunted his dreams and kept him from sleeping well at night.
He had actually stolen two of her handkerchiefs before leaving ho. But after so long, the scent on them had faded. It reached a point where he could only vaguely catch that fragrance—the one that filled the void in his heart—in his dreams.
Now, with the beautiful woman in his arms, wisps of her fragrance entered his nostrils, flowed through his ridians, and perated his entire body.
Zhao Jing felt his entire being relax in contentnt.
It was like finding a fire in a world of ice and snow, or eating a bowl of ice during the hottest days of sumr.
From body to soul, every pore of his being was at ease.
He hadn’t intended to do anything, just hold her, but his body conveyed his deepest desires to her in vivid detail, so much so that Chen Wanqing was a little startled.
"Jing, it’s still light out..."
"I’m really not planning on doing anything, just holding you."
"You’re lying. You sent De’an away on purpose just now."
"If I didn’t send him away, he’d still be knocking."
"I don’t believe you. You’re just trying to fool ."
"Fine, I am trying to fool you." As the words fell, Zhao Jing’s Adam’s apple bobbed. He gripped the back of her head, forcing her to tilt it up slightly, and kissed her fiercely, with an overwhelming intensity.
From the first mont he saw her, he had wanted to hold her, kiss her, and do all sorts of intimate things with her.
But they hadn’t seen each other for a month, and she was clearly much more reserved with him. Fearing he would scare her, he had taken things slowly, until he finally couldn’t bear it any longer.
The sound of wet smacks filled the room, accompanied by rough, hurried gasps that rose and fell, one after another, so startling that even the sparrows didn’t dare to linger nearby.
De’an had already left, but then he thought about his studies and started walking back midway.
But just as he reached the center of the courtyard, he heard a strange sound.
He might have never eaten pork, nor even seen a pig run, but De’an had heard his classmates at the private academy tell dirty jokes.
