The scream just now was truly shocking and terrifying. With such a major incident occurring, it was obviously inappropriate to stay hidden in the rooms, so a few of the Hallow Family elders ca downstairs.

What on earth happened?
Just as the holidays were approaching, such a tragedy occurred. On the snow, it seed like a small patch of dark red, enchanting flowers had blood, exuding a bloody scent that made people feel both terrified and nauseous.
"It’s all right now, everyone go back up..." Atlas Hallow’s voice was deep and pleasant, like thin clouds floating in an utterly dark night, enchanting yet authoritative, carrying an irresistible command, even towards the Hallow Family’s elders.
Atlas Hallow held Charlotte Miller and went upstairs, ignoring the happenings below.
As for Ava Walker, life and death are destined. If she was saved, it was because fate hadn’t abandoned her; if not, there would be no way to bla anyone, as it was her own doing.
Back in the bedroom, the air was warm as if transitioning from harsh winter to mild spring, but Charlotte still felt bursts of chill.

"Why did Ava Walker jump?" Charlotte couldn’t help but ask this question, knowing Atlas surely had the answer, but would he be willing to tell her?
Atlas took off Charlotte’s clothes and led her to sit on the sofa, his eyes penetrating deep into hers, seemingly trying to discern every subtle change in her heart.

Atlas’s voice was gentle as he spoke to Charlotte, but the chill flashed through those final words — deserved death — was like snowflakes falling from the sky, cold and indifferent.
The word ’death’ shook Charlotte.
The air was thick with his musky scent, filling her lungs with every breath.
Charlotte always thought Atlas was an enigmatic person, but she realized she might never have seen his truly cruel side.
Today’s events opened her eyes to that reality. She wondered if she hadn’t persuaded him, would Atlas have watched as Ava Walker froze to death in the snow?
After all, without Atlas’s say-so in the Hallow Family, no one dared to take Ava Walker to the hospital.
Watching the snow outside evolve from light flurries to heavy snowfall, it seed relentless, as if it never intended to stop.
Charlotte felt incredibly conflicted.
Her husband’s ruthlessness towards other won was, to her, a fortune, at least proving that he was currently devoted to her. Yet she was also afraid of his coldness towards others, wondering if soday she might face an even worse fate if she crossed him!
"I want to go to the hospital to see how things are," Kinsley Lee watched as Ava Walker was carried away by bodyguards into the car and taken to the hospital, also witnessing Ella Johnson’s heartbreaking cries, feeling uneasy inside.
After all, she was part of their family, the sa Hallow Family but suppressed by Atlas Hallow. She had hoped that Ava Walker could elevate Amir’s status in the Hallow Clan, as her son married Ava Walker for the family’s sake. Unexpectedly, things only got worse, and it’s unclear when such a situation would change.
She was the only one in the Hallow Family standing on the sa side as Kinsley, ending up in such a predicant. Why did Ava Walker jump?
What exactly happened? Was it because of Atlas’s suppression?
Kinsley knew from abroad that Ava Walker had allied with so board mbers and shareholders to try and oust Atlas and Charlotte from the Hallow Clan. She was thrilled at the ti, always hoping for so trouble for Atlas, but unexpectedly everything flipped, and Ava Walker was driven out instead, leaving them with no one left in the Hallow Clan.
Although she felt Ava Walker was imnsely foolish, she was striving for a better status for Amir, so she wanted to see how Naomi Walker was doing and understand what actually transpired so ti ago.
