Now reading: Chapter 33 - 031 She is the woman tagged with his label from Bride of Retribution: Aloof Billionaire's Dominant Game, a Romance novel by Tang Moye.

She had never seen Atlas Hallow truly angry before, but for everyone in the Hallow Family to bow to him, he must not be a man with a good temper. Now, it really seed like he was sowhat angry.

Instinctively, she opened the passenger door and got in. Charlotte Miller nervously pressed her lips together and asked, "Where are we going?"

Atlas Hallow did not answer, got into the car by himself, and then slamd the door shut with a bang. He drove off, the iron gate opening slowly, almost crashing into it by just a second. Charlotte was startled and sat upright, not daring to say anything further.

She thought nothing had happened; she knew her relationship with Ethan was clear, but could she explain it clearly?

"Ethan and I really have nothing going on..." Charlotte said, trembling with fear, watching as Atlas Hallow’s face turned nacing, and nervously swallowing.

The car sped rapidly and soon reached the city’s largest, most extravagant mall. Building after circular building lined up, primarily constructed from transparent glass. Luxury brands’ logos and models on massive posters exuded an alluring vibe. This was a shopper’s paradise for won, so why did he bring her here?

After getting out of the car, Atlas Hallow silently grabbed her hand and walked forward.

She had never seen him like this before. Charlotte’s wrist began to hurt from his grip; walking in high heels made it difficult, and she had to jog beside him, trying to argue her case: "Atlas Hallow, can we have a proper talk? Can you be reasonable..."

Upon hearing this, Atlas Hallow’s chest heaved with even more fury: "Everyone knows I don’t talk reason. So, are you regretting it now?"

Turning, he pressed her against the glass wall of a flagship store, the anger in his chest already spilling into his dark, night-like eyes, burning fiercely.

He pinched her fair and delicate chin, his thin lips almost touching hers, his deep voice full of dangerous magnetism: "Charlotte, you should know, bringing ho clothes bought by another man for you is already my limit, and you still dare to stay out all night... hmm?"

The last nasal sound, though light, made Charlotte know that Atlas Hallow was definitely not joking.

And she could only suppress the desire to have a proper talk and clear things up, knowing that in this situation, explanations would be futile. Pure friendships are scarce in this world, especially between n and won; they are rare as phoenix feathers and unicorn horns.

His gaze was icy as he stared at her for a mont before letting go of her and pulling her hand to step into a high-end fashion luxury flagship store.

The sales assistants’ eyes lit up when they saw who entered. These were truly high-spending custors. The suit on this man was clearly top-notch bespoke. Such ticulously tailored suits without a brand still outpriced any in this mall, while the woman with him wore the autumn-winter new collection from another store in the mall.

The god of fortune had co, and such people don’t buy just one or two sets.

The sales assistant almost stuck to Atlas Hallow: "Sir, is there anything I can help you with?"

This man did not just have money; his style made every woman’s heart race.

"Get lost..."

Atlas Hallow said coldly, the woman’s perfu sll making him nauseous, not liking it at all.

The sales assistant felt very awkward but didn’t dare say more, retreating. The aura of this man was too overpowering.

Thinking of Ethan Baird sitting in a shop while she tried on dresses with delight ignited all the dangerous sparks in Atlas Hallow’s heart. He wasn’t so angry that morning, but waiting for her to return, his mind began to endlessly imagine Charlotte’s appearance with Ethan Baird.

She was already married to him, a woman tagged by Atlas Hallow, how dare she?

"Are you lacking clothes? Co, try them on for , one by one, until you run out..." Atlas Hallow sat on the black velvet sofa in the middle of the store, like a ruler tossing his card onto the counter.

Even the slightest sound was frightening; Charlotte stood biting her lip, looking at Atlas Hallow. He coldly parted his thin lips saying, "Your clothes are insufficient, that’s my fault. I have all day today to accompany you as you slowly try them on..."

But how could she finish? It was an unlimited card. Was he giving her an impossible task?

She could only act like a puppet, trying on one piece after another. Once she finished the clothes in this store, would it be enough?

Thankfully, it seed like this store only had ready-to-wear clothes, not lingerie. Otherwise, if he went mad, would he make her try them all on too?

Shirts, cardigans, sweaters, trousers, capris, long dresses, short skirts, and even the surrounding leather bags and scarves were tried on, yet the coldness on his face did not seem to dissipate.

Her actions had irritated all the violent elents within this man to surface.

It was her carelessness and her underestimation of Atlas Hallow. That day, when she brought back the clothes, he must have already found out that the payer was Ethan Baird.

"Are you done trying everything on, do you need more?" Charlotte stood obediently in front of Atlas Hallow. Her feet hurt terribly, the high heels had given her blisters. Continuing like this was unbearable.

"Mrs. Hallow, why don’t you take a break? These new shoes are hard on your feet." Even the sales assistant noticed the issue with Charlotte’s feet, brought her a glass of water, and invited her to rest on the sofa.

Without lunch, and now almost ti for dinner, her stomach was so hungry that even drinking water felt nauseating, yet not drinking made her thirsty. She needed to change into softer shoes and then have a sumptuous dinner. She wanted to eat steak, foie gras, lobster...

"There’s a nice restaurant upstairs. How about I treat you to dinner? Please, don’t be angry anymore..." Charlotte tugged at Atlas Hallow’s sleeve, like a kitten acting cute. At this point, she needed to be sensible; arguing further might just have her trying clothes till the mall closed at eleven.

Atlas Hallow looked at her pale face; even the faint pink had disappeared. All afternoon she changed outfits like a model, without saying much, only asking if it looked good or fitting, cooperating entirely with his orchestrated display. And yet, this made him even more uncomfortable.

He wanted to know what she was thinking, what her real relationship with Ethan Baird was.
