Charlotte had never experienced the feeling of hunger before.
This sounds sowhat boastful, perhaps. Since she was young, she had a body type that didn’t gain weight easily. She could eat a lot, high-calorie foods, like chocolate, pizza, grilled ribs, cheese, without gaining much weight.
She used to often thank her parents for giving her such a physique so she wouldn’t have to starve to maintain her weight like other girls. But now when she’s hungry, it seems to hit her faster than others.
Hunger started with wanting to eat her favorite things. She liked stir-fried shrimp made by Hakka chefs, liked grilled ribs, liked the sweet and sour crispy pork in Northeastern Chinese cuisine, liked seafood, liked the fresh and springy big shrimp, and loved the plump hairy crabs in autumn...
Charlotte sat in that large wooden house, closed her eyes, and slowly fantasized as if she had eaten a lot.
But her belly was so empty it almost clung to her back. This was already the second day.
She hadn’t eaten anything except drink water.

And there was every corner of the house, almost no blind spots.
He stood there, his gaze falling on the couch where Charlotte was curled up. Her petite figure made his heartache, making every breath difficult.
He was waiting for Charlotte to speak to the cara, asking him to co and take her back, waiting for her to say she wouldn’t divorce, but it seed like this girl was so stubborn that not a single bone in her body would bend.
Why can’t she love him? He wished he could dig out his own heart for her, this heartless woman...
