He paused for a mont, looking at Avery Jane as if she had transford into another person at the gambling table, full of vigor and confident composure, without the slightest stage fright or fear.

Watching Tiger George walk forward, Joshua Hughes called to him, "Master Tiger, that’s my wife, and the one next to her is President Hallow’s girlfriend." Joshua Hughes felt a bit of a headache. Here he was on soone else’s turf asking for a favor, yet his own wife was carelessly winning money here. But looking at her, she seed to be enjoying herself, while Atlas Hallow’s female friend was more reserved, not joining in the ga.

"Oh, it’s the Young Madam, and Young Master Hallow’s friend. I didn’t expect the Young Madam to be so bold; her hand shouldn’t have called." Tiger George gazed curiously from afar at the dealer dealing the cards.

Joshua Hughes’s wife winning money at the casino, well, the more she wins, the better.

Soone like Joshua Hughes never owes people favors, so whatever money is spent, he can always make it back with interest. But a few million here or there isn’t a big deal; using that money to build a relationship with Joshua Hughes is worth every penny.

"You guys are really causing a ss. That’s Young Master Hughes’s wife. What kind of person is Young Master Hughes? The money she wins isn’t even enough for her to buy a small trinket. All of you, disperse and get back to work." Tiger George said lightly with a stern face, then let everyone scatter.

Tiger George slowly moved to the front. The round was about to be revealed soon, and he was curious to see if that Young Madam was always this lucky.

Because it would be impossible for any trickery to be involved, knowing what kind of person Joshua Hughes is. If his woman wanted money or to gamble, opening a casino for her to play at would be a trivial thing.

So this woman truly seed strange indeed.

Charlotte Miller seed to have noticed Atlas Hallow standing behind her too and smiled at him with her lips curved up.

A while ago, she had received a call from her mom saying Luna Miller had been picked up and everything was fine in the hospital, which relieved her a lot. With Atlas Hallow around, she certainly had fewer things to worry about.

Atlas Hallow looked at Charlotte Miller. Even amidst the bustling casino crowd, she was the only one he could see, pure like an innocent girl. Did she not realize that made her even more attractive?

The n standing behind her seed to greedily absorb her fresh aura as if she belonged only to him. That sense of pride arose naturally, and when his eyes t Charlotte Miller’s, they were as gentle as if reflecting a sky full of stars.

The scent of money was alluring yet ruthless. The spectators around were either chatting loudly or pointing fingers, yet Avery Jane sat there like an old monk in ditation, watching the dealer as he pushed the last card to her with his smooth stick.

The twinkling light in Avery Jane’s clear eyes sparkled as brilliantly as diamonds, and her smile deepened. Her decision to follow through had been correct; she knew that this last card was the one she wanted.

Long lashes drooped, and she reached out to take the card...

The suits of the cards in front of her matched, though their values were not high. But the arrival of this card gave her the best hand; she had already won.

All the hole cards were completely turned over, and astonishnt burst from those around her.

This woman was truly daring. How could she have dared to follow through with such a hand?

A royal flush. If she hadn’t drawn a card of the sa suit, her hand would have been trash, not even qualifying as a straight. This was a rare sight in the casino indeed.

Even amidst the noise, Avery Jane could clearly sense his approach.

It was definitely him, that steady aura, the faint scent of sandalwood, and the overpowering presence that could rival anything.

Joshua Hughes had arrived. Hadn’t he?

Perhaps he was the only connection by her side, so she had beco familiar with his scent. Even in this bustling and lively casino, within this unique aroma of intertwined money and desire, she could still distinctly discern the difference between when he was there and when he was not, almost like a conditioned reflex.

She turned her head, and sure enough, he was standing not far behind her.

Joshua Hughes’s eyes, profound as the sea, were filled with endless sweet affection, so thick it couldn’t be dissolved. The corners of his mouth curved into an attractive arc, standing there as the center of attention, towering above all.
