Evelyn looked at Avery’s excessively beautiful face, and she always refused to acknowledge Avery’s beauty in her heart.
She never worried about this issue because the woman entering the Hughes Family had to be approved by the entire family’s elders.

She turned to reprimand the maid on the side, in the Hughes Family even her taste was spoiled, household things like this were really too tart to swallow.

Looking at the ornants on her daughter, not one wasn’t valuable. Seeing Joshua really liked her, nothing could go wrong at this ti.

He saw the two red swollen hand prints on Avery’s face, heartbreak filling him. Before, because his older brother was around, and Avery belonged to his brother, he couldn’t do anything.
But now he just wanted to protect Avery, he didn’t want to miss any more opportunities. He didn’t want to let himself fall into that unbearable pain anymore.
"Caleb, let go." Harper shouted in frustration, snatching her hand from Caleb’s large grasp as she scolded.
"Brother, what’s the aning of this, this despicable woman voluntarily went to find Joshua today, took the initiative to seduce him, and you don’t help properly discipline her, you actually dare to shield her like this, she deserves to be hit." Evelyn saw her own brother siding with Avery, she couldn’t quite believe it.
This woman, truly didn’t know what was going on, how could she have so inexplicable charm that made all the n revolve around her?
"It’s not like that, I went to see Mr. Hughes today because of a contract issue, not to seduce him." Avery gently stroked her stabbed cheeks, gently explaining.

Evelyn snorted coldly, unwilling to believe, who wouldn’t be moved seeing a man like Joshua?

Avery’s eyes sparkled like stars when ntioning Lucas, that kind of man’s existence felt almost blasphemous to love, to her he was a belief, a living faith.
