And before Zephyr could track the source of the image, a gigantic figure ca crashing down from above!
The creature was a giant spider the size of a two-story house and couldn’t even properly fit inside the dark hall.

With no ti to waste, Zephyr imdiately took his stance as he moved into a defensive posture.

Just as he backed away, the spider monster launched a laser beam from its eight eyes at the location he originally was at.

The boss spider monster was more cunning and capable than Zephyr had expected.
Not only could it shrink and expand its body at its will in a matter of a re millisecond, but it could also fire lasers from its eyes, and it was smart enough to know when to dodge and when to attack.
’Xinran did say that the spiders in this place might be pet of the ’Old Witch’ she was referring to.’

There were many questions in Zephyr’s mind, but the spider monster didn’t give him ti to think about them as it started using its eight eyes to rain down laser beams on Zephyr from various different directions!
The monster could control each of its eyes individually, so each of the laser beams fired and attacked from a different angle!
Moreover, the monster is smart enough to try to attack the torch with its laser beams so as to force Zephyr into a defensive position.
’You don’t think that just having laser beams will defeat now, do you? I never repeat the sa mistakes!’
