Chapter 4
The mont Alex said that, Olivia blinked. Her breathing beca much slower, barely noticeable if you weren’t paying close attention. She raised her head up and noticed him, then flashed an apologetic smile.
"Oh...Alex. I’m so sorry that boy dragged you over here just to leave."
"It’s fine, I don’t really mind." Alex said with a shrug.
Her eyes lingered on him for a mont, as if checking whether he truly ant it. Then she nodded and continued chopping. All of a sudden as if realizing sothing, she slapped her forehead and muttered. "Silly , I almost forgot that you were still standing,"
"Why don’t you co take a seat, dear. Lunch might take a bit long." Olivia said, nodding towards the dining table.
"Thanks," Alex said, then pulled out a chair and sat down. His gaze flicked briefly to the system panel still faintly present in the corner of his mind, then back to her.
’Are you really sure this aura of seduction stuff is working?’ He said ntally, in a suspicious tone.
[Of course it’s working. It’s just that you can’t see it yet]
’Well then, is there a way I can see it?’
[Uhmm... Yes...]
Alex facepald himself and said with a wry smile. ’You know what? Just show already before you make this more complicated than it needs to be.’
[Very well. Displaying desire ter]
The system chid, then a translucent panel appeared in his mind.

Annoyance: 2%
[Current emotional state: mild interest, low arousal, minimal irritation]
[Looks like you are doing... Well how do I put this. Fine, yeah fine]
"..."
Her voice suddenly rang out, breaking his thoughts. "While you wait dear, do you want so orange juice or water?"
"Orange juice is fine, thank you."
She nodded, then headed straight for the cabinet near the dining table. As she reached for the cup, the hem of her blouse lifted slightly, revealing her smooth fair waist.
Alex mind went blank for a spilt second. But he quickly regained himself when he realized that she had caught him looking. She flashed him a faint, amused smile before turning back to what she was doing.

After grabbing the cup, she took out a carton of orange juice, leaned forward and poured it into the glass.
Alex tried to shift his gaze away from the curve of her hips as she filled the cup, but failed miserably. She was just too damn irresistible. He wondered why he never really took a second to truly look at her in his previous life.
[You know regret is not a new thing to you, do I need to remind you about the green hat and getting fired?]
"Are you ever quiet?" He asked ntally.
[Let think about that.... Nope]
Olivia tapped his shoulder when she noticed the way he spaced out, causing him to look up.
"Alex, are you okay? You seem to be spacing out a lot, lately."
"Y-yeah," he replied quickly, clearing his throat. "Sorry I just... Drifted off for a minute there."
He then caught sight of her hand that was still resting on his shoulder, and realized how close they both were. Olivia followed his gaze, blushed heavily and quickly removed her fingers, turning back to the kitchen counter in panic.
The desire ter flickered.

Annoyance: 5%
Alex eyes narrowed slightly as he said ntally. "So it’s really working. Seems like you weren’t lying."
[I don’t want to brag but I told you so]
He then turned his gaze back to Olivia and watched as she picked up the cup, then set it down again, as if she had forgotten what she was about to do.
"S-sorry if I seem a bit clumsy today" she said with a small embarrassed laugh and handed him the cup of orange juice. Their fingers brushed for a mont, causing her to let out a small gasp.
The desire ter imdiately shot up.

Alex took a slow sip, keeping his face calm. But internally his mind was racing. ’Can this thing go any faster?’ he thought while tightening his grip on the cup.
[Well if you want it to go faster, then why don’t you go smooch her. But, just rember that, even though she’s reacting to the aura’s effect. She hasn’t yet fully succumbed. So, the risk of your face getting a slap is extrely high]
Alex quickly cald down, he had to agree with the system, getting impatient won’t do him any good. So he tried to make small talks with Olivia, just to let ti pass a little faster.
"So... uh, how have things been lately?" he asked, forcing his voice to sound casual as he set the cup down.
Olivia paused for a second, then turned slightly toward him. "Things? Well... quiet, mostly. The house feels emptier these days." She gave a small, wistful smile. "Your friend is always out, and you don’t visit as much anymore."
"Yeah... sorry about that," Alex said.
"I know," she replied softly. "It’s just... nice having soone to talk to once in a while."
The way she said it made his chest feel a little tight. He nodded and took another sip.
The chibi suddenly materialized again and raised her eyebrow teasingly.
[Aww, look at you. One soft sentence and you’re already getting all sentintal. Want to grab so tissues too?]
"Shut up," he muttered under his breath.
"What was that?" Olivia asked, tilting her head.
He shook his head and said quickly.
"No Nothing, Just... talking to myself."
Olivia laughed lightly at that and went back to the counter, pretending to tidy up the plates that were already clean, while occasionally stealing glances at him.
Taking a small breath as if trying to steady herself, Olivia walked closer to the table and sat down across from him. She shifted uncomfortably in her seat and pressed her thighs together, trying to overco the strong feeling of arousal washing over her, but failed as her eyes kept lingering on the familiar figure of Alex.
...Alex eyes lowered and imdiately caught the way Olivia crossed her legs tightly while staring at his lips with a longing gaze, then blushed and quickly turned her head away.
’Looks like she’s finally hooked, now all i just need to do is give her a little push to speed up the aura’s effect and then, hehe...’
Alex suddenly stood up and pretended to stretch his arms as if his back had gone stiff from sitting too long.
"Sorry," he said casually. "I think I sat too long."
He took a step forward, pretending to move past her toward the counter. But the space in the kitchen was narrow. As he passed by, his elbow brushed against her arm, causing Olivia to shiver.
"S-sorry I bumped into you," Alex turned and said imdiately.
"I.. I-it’s fine," she replied quickly, but her burning cheeks and stiff posture told him exactly how affected she was.
The desire ter pulsed in the corner of his vision.

Annoyance: 2%
Then Alex pretended to palm his forehead for forgetting about his juice and reached toward the table behind her, as if to grab his cup. As he did that, the back of his fingers brushed against her waist.
This ti, Olivia finally lost her composure as an overwhelming sense of lust took over her mind. She quickly reached out and grabbed his shirt, then pulled down hard and slamd her lips against his. Engulfing him in a hot passionate sloppy kiss...
