Now reading: Chapter 64: Vault! Magnet from Building the Strongest Pavilion in Another World, a Fantasy novel by Patience021.

Before sunrise, Darius was circulating the spiritual energy inside his body, trying to gauge his talent without using any pills. "Too slow, troubleso. Is my talent bad or what?" Frowning, he couldn’t help but think of Earth, and a desire to go there and test his talent arose within him.

Going from the Sanctuary to Earth wasn’t restricted. All one needed was enough money to pay the teleportation fee. As for concerns about demons disguising themselves and sneaking through, that was nearly impossible. A powerhouse of the Fourth Realm guarded each gate, making sure no one entered or left without being thoroughly inspected from head to toe.

It wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say that even a fly couldn’t get through without permission. It was simply that important to the various empires of Earth. They couldn’t be blad either. The Sanctuary was a newly discovered realm that had yet to be fully explored, and it contained demons far stronger than those found on Earth.

As Darius thought of this, he stopped his cultivation session and clicked on the rewards. He had been eager to open them ever since he woke up, and now was finally the ti.

"Ding!"

"Congratulations, Host. You have successfully completed a commissioned mission and taken another step toward becoming the owner of the most influential Pavilion in the fantasy world."

"Evaluating mission impact..."

"Evaluation complete."

"Rewards are being distributed."

Darius instantly sat upright.

Unlike the previous mission involving Kevin’s assassination, this mission had been completed through the Pavilion’s connections and influence. Naturally, he was curious about what kind of reward the System would provide.

"Ding!"

A translucent panel appeared before him.

[Mission Completed]

[Reward 1: Pavilion Reputation 50]

[Reward 2: Secure Vault Chamber Unlocked]

Darius blinked, sowhat surprised.

"That’s it?"

The mont those words left his mouth, the familiar chanical voice sounded once more.

"The Host should not underestimate Reputation."

"Reputation represents the influence, trust, and prestige of the Immortal Pavilion."

"The higher the Pavilion’s Reputation, the easier it becos to attract talented cultivators, wealthy rchants, powerful experts, and special opportunities."

Darius rubbed his chin. When the System explained it that way, it did seem useful. After all, the Immortal Pavilion currently had only a handful of mbers. Compared to guilds with thousands of cultivators, it was still insignificant.

Soon, another notification appeared.

"Ding! Vault Chamber construction beginning."

A faint tremor spread through the Pavilion. The movent lasted only a few seconds before disappearing completely.

"Ding! Construction complete. Secure Vault Chamber successfully established."

Darius imdiately headed toward the second floor.

After passing his bedroom and the Alchemy Chamber, he froze as he gazed at another door that had appeared. The door was made of dark wood and bore the emblem of the Immortal Pavilion.

When Darius pushed it open, he found dozens of tallic cabinets lining the walls. Each cabinet contained separate compartnts protected by formation runes. At the center of the room stood a stone platform covered with glowing inscriptions.

"Ding! Secure Vault Chamber."

"mbers may store Spirit Stones, treasures, cultivation resources, contracts, and valuable items."

"All stored items are protected by Pavilion authority."

"Unauthorized access will be denied."

Darius imdiately understood the value of the room. This was essentially a bank. No, a bank was far less secure than this.

Any cultivator carrying valuable treasures constantly worried about theft or assassination. However, if those treasures were stored inside the Immortal Pavilion, they would beco significantly safer.

The more Darius thought about it, the brighter his eyes beca. The amount of wealth this vault could generate would be enormous. Storage fees, protection fees, mbership benefits—he could already think of countless ways to monetize it.

All sorts of possibilities appeared in his mind. At that mont, another idea surfaced.

Without hesitation, Darius left the Vault Chamber and headed toward the Alchemy Chamber. Several small jade bottles soon appeared in his hands. These were the first batch of pills he had successfully refined during the last day, along with the pills Gabriel had given him.

Although the quality wasn’t particularly high, considering they were his first and second attempts, they were still genuine dicinal pills. He had even wanted to sell the pills given by Gabriel, but the System had made it clear that only pills refined by him could be sold through the Pavilion. Anything else was not permitted.

After a brief mont of thought, Darius returned to the first floor. A wooden display cabinet that hadn’t existed previously now stood near the reception counter.

"Ding! Basic rchandise Cabinet unlocked."

"Products may be displayed and sold through the Pavilion."

Darius grinned. "Now this is more like it."

Carefully, he placed two jade bottles inside the cabinet. The total amount was twenty-four pills, so he simply divided them in half and displayed one portion for sale.

Soon, the first products of the Immortal Pavilion officially appeared on the market.

Cultivation Rooms.

Alchemy Services.

Storage Services.

dicinal Pills.

Looking around the increasingly complete Pavilion, Darius couldn’t help but feel a sense of accomplishnt. For the first ti since arriving in this world, the Immortal Pavilion finally looked like a genuine pavilion rather than a small building with a few miraculous rooms.

Perhaps one day, cultivators throughout the Sanctuary would travel thousands of miles simply for a chance to enter this place. While everything was still in its early stages of developnt, the sight before him still put a smile on his face.

Growl! Growl!

Hearing the sound, Darius couldn’t help but clutch his stomach. "Ti for a treat!"

He hadn’t eaten since yesterday. Although his Fifth Layer cultivation could sustain him for quite so ti, he was still an Earthling at heart and wasn’t completely used to fasting.

He could swear that if this continued much longer, he would need to tie a stone to his stomach just to keep himself moving. Without much thought, he quickly headed toward his usual restaurant, but after a mont’s consideration, he decided to visit the inner city instead.

He hadn’t been in the Sanctuary for very long, so he had decided to try a different restaurant every ti he ate out and determine which one served the best food.

However, it seed he was a natural magnet for trouble. He had just finished placing his order and was waiting to be served when he saw a group of four people walk upstairs.
