The black cat nodded approvingly.
"Wise choice. Layered Force Do can help you in defense, an aspect you lack. And the Octagrams would allow you to see through illusion and invisibility."
"My turn!" Bash raised his hands.
The black cat smiled, "Yes, it’s your turn."
Bash closed his eyes and connected to the dark red space.
The Infernal Demon appeared as its true form. A large broad demon with a pair of curved horns.
"Which ones should I pick, Master?" Bash said.
He didn’t have much of an idea about his weaknesses and advantages. So he looked for guidance from his Master.
"For you, Bash. You should pick Omnimotion, which would allow you to be very mobile and remove your surface restriction. As for the second Rank-2 spell, I recomnd choosing Octagram Chaos Eyes similar to Aurora. It is a very universal spell that useful for everyone."
"As you said, Master." Bash nodded.
He connected to the paintings of the Octagram Chaos Eyes and Omnimotion. They beca Bash’s two equipped Pact Spells.
"Now, for your Rank-1 spell..." The black cat stroked its whiskers, "Pick Chains of Shadow, Hellfire’s Sealed Pit, Water Clones, Corrupted Force, and Carrying Wind."
Bash did as he was told.
Each spell would allow him to greatly enhance his advantages.
"Now. The rest of you, co."
They spent quite a while figuring out what each servant should pick as their Pact Spells.
The next few days were rather ta and uninteresting. Selina continued her school days in the Institution and trained with the servants in her free ti. She was constantly absorbing new Chaos from the Chaos Spheres Mater gave her.
The goth girl grew stronger at an alarming rate. Even when Mater deliberately tried to get her to slow down to make sure her foundation was solid.
Blanche grew incredibly fast. Mater could see that the both of them ended at Peak Rank-1 at the end of this month.
Then the Trial of Combat arrived. Selina picked the best clothes for everyone to go.
Sparrow was the driver last ti and he wore a fitting suit with an open collar. Aurora with a white dress. Selina with a black dress. Solarix with a red dress. Bash was always stuck with the red suit that his Blood Mask conjured so there was no switching clothes for him. Crow sat next to Sparrow with his usual black trench coat.
Evelynn also went with them. At first, Mater was worrying that people might recognize her but the Siren threatened him with his only weakness. Big wide eyes of a beautiful woman. So he allowed her to go along.
Evelynn didn’t go as Jean though. She used her real face to go. Selina picked a glimring blue dress with her.
"Sotis I feel like the people around are slowly turning into a rainbow..." The black cat owed.
They drove the long sleek limousine to the gathering location.
As a Trial of Combat, the presence of other people wasn’t allowed. So the Luciente and the Selomo didn’t use their public establishnts. Instead, they picked a rather interesting place.
The ridian Hotel.
The ridian had a few establishnts around Aeliz City. They were a very respected neutral organization inside Aeliz and frequently the third party or witness for events similar to the Trial.
Both the Luciente and the Selomo families decided to use the ridian Hotel as their facilitator for the fight.
The limousine stopped in front of the building. It was an old traditional building with ancient structural design. It looked like it was built in pre-war ti with gargoyles standing on the balcony and geotrical shapes forming the window.
There were quite a few cars around the place already, people from the Luciente and the Selomo families.
Tommy was standing with his capos on another side of the street while the other family was on the opposite side.
"They’re here." Tommy took a deep puff with his cigarettes.
Crow opened the door for the girls. They entered the scene.
There was simply no word to describe the aura they brought to the place. The dense bloodthirsty scent of the upcoming battle was imdiately subsided by the beauty the girls provided.
A mber of the Selomo family blurted out, "God Damn! Look at those tits!"
Crow dashed at the man and punched him so hard, he spun a few tis in the air.
"Watch your mouth."
The other mbers of the Selomo families drew their guns imdiately.
"What is the aning of this, Tommy?" Paul Selomo frowned.
Paul was the current patriarch of the Selomo’s family. He was much older than Tommy and seed to be in his fifties already. The man was bald and wore an oversized suit that made him even bigger than he actually was.
"You shouldn’t ask ." Tommy smirked and flung his cigarettes away.
Crow approached Paul, "We are here as invited guest for the Luciente Family. Haven’t you been inford about this, yes?"
"Yes. But that does not an you could lay your hands on my n." Paul frowned. He raised his hands and all of the Selomo mbers pointed their guns at Mater’s group.
"I won’t do that if I were you," Tommy mumbled.
"Invited guests or not. You should show so respect." Paul said.
"I’m tired of this debate." Selina examined her nails. "Kill them all."
"What is this bitch talking about?" Paul hissed at her.
Tommy gestured for his n to back away. He knew better than to join this ss.
Paul Gabiano wasn’t a Psychic. He was a pure Selomo blood. Because of that, he couldn’t feel the pure power that group had.
None of those girls were ordinary. He would have known if he was a Psychic.
’This is the reason for the decline of the Selomo in recent years. They prioritize their lineage instead of actual strength.’ Tommy thought to himself. His predecessor gave him the position of the boss because he knew that lineage ant nothing in the world of power.
The Selomo still hung onto a delusion.
Aurora stepped forward and raised her hand above her head. "Rember. You wanted this."
A sphere of snow and wind materialized. A snowstorm took over the entire secluded street.
