Aeliz City was thrown into Chaos. The ACPD was barely able to hold everything together anymore. Finally, the governnt had to step in.
The Union mobilized their National Guards. Places were shutting down and the streets were ravaged by Chaos. The Union couldn’t keep the supernatural a secret anymore. Not after what happened between the Illuminati and its many enemies.
Secrets began to uncover. The Lutheria Accord was brought to light. The ordinary people now knew about the Great War, the invaders of other worlds and the existence of Psychics and Wraiths.
Alister Baltimore, admist all of this Chaos, climbed the ladder of promotion. He knew how to make use of literal chaos, not the energy that made the fabric of the universe. The previous Police Chief was removed because of his incompetence.
Now, the Police Chief was Alister Baltimore.
Aeliz City had gone into isolation. No one was allowed to leave their houses, the exceptions were governnt employees and students of the Institute.
Alister stood at the Chief Police Office overlooking the entire city. He got it. He beca more powerful both position wise and strength wise.
The forever Hazard Detective was now a Disaster Psychic.
A blonde woman entered the office.
"Colonel Neala Gillingham. It has been a while. My apologies, it should be General Neala Gillingham now." Alister said.
Neala found a chair and sat down. "Thanks to those crazy cultists, I was able to snatch an opportunity and beca a General."
Five stars glowed on both of her chest. She was now the highest commander of the military.
"This new group... They’re called the Illuminati."
"The Illuminati? Isn’t that just a conspiracy theory? They’re real?"
"Suppose so. So of our spies were able to get information. This organization has existed for at least thirty years and it had a lot of Psychics."
"Psychics? Not mages or demon worshippers?" Neala said.
"Psychics. It seems like whoever behind them wants Psychics to beco their own force."
"If that’s the case, this organization isn’t really our enemy then. Maybe we can negotiate."
Alister shook his head, "We can’t do that."
He placed an Ankh on the table. It glowed faintly with the power of Fate. The Union. The governnt of this entire country was also corrupted. They had a Pantheon of a higher realm backing them up.
The Great War wasn’t just a war between this world and the invaders. It was a war between invaders. The hells and the heavens. Each supported a group and allowed them to fight, deciding the fate of this world.
The hells lost and they beca the bad guys, nad the Void.
The heavens won and they beca the New World Order, the Federal Union of Valeria.
The hells didn’t lose entirely. They still had a large colony in the United Confederation of Consil.
Alister and Neala learned the truth once they had reached this level.
"In the end... We are all pawns for higher beings." Alister sighed.
Neala nodded. "I assu this organization belongs to hell?"
"Not sure. They have demonic powers but no hell has claid ownership of them yet. However, so said they belonged to the third faction. The Wilds..."
"The Wilds?" Neala frowned.
"Demons. Gods. And now the Fae. The Everlasting Wilds of the Fae."
The black cat knew about everything that was happening. But he ignored them all. For him, the most important thing right now was get to Rank-4. The Illuminati had traced down the last remnants of the Red Keepers and found Xirak’s hiding place.
A city that Mater and Seline once visited. Ines Sota.
"I’ve never thought I will be returning to this place." Selina said.
The Illuminati had their own aircrafts now and they flew to Ines Sota secretly in the night.
Selina stood at edge of the cargo hold and looked down on the city. The Onoke Lake was still there, now blossoming in green and nature as the corruption was no longer there.
" too, my lady. too." Sparrow sighed. He was a lost soul in that lake. Mater picked him from there and made him his servant.
The aircrafts landed and the Illuminati mbers rushed down. All of them surrounded the Weather Reserach Facility.
It was actually the headquarters of the Red Keepers.
They barged in unannounced and attacked the Red Keepers.
The servants rushed inside with the soldiers to lead them.
As for Mater, he stayed afloat on top of the building, waiting for Xirak. He knew the demon would co out eventually.
"So... You’ve finally co, kitty."
Behind Mater, a vortex of Hellfire ford. Xirak walked out from it.
He was a full-on Peak Rank-3 Demon. His power made the air around him distorted because of how hot he was.
"I heard you have killed Xara." Xirak said.
"I just broke her heart, that is." The black cat smirked.
"Good riddance. After killing you, the Infernal Hell will take this world."
"This world already belongs to , Xirak. No one can take it."
The black cat snapped his fingers. He used Crow’s ability and summoned countless Nether Weapons. These weapons floated around Xirak and scread, thirsting for battle.
Xirak grabbed his cloak and threw it away. "Co, little kitty. Let’s dance."
A red armor appeared around him. And a spear of orange Hellfire materialized.
’This one is a lee Fighter it seems.’ The black cat stroked its whiskers.
The Nether Weapons shot forward and attacked Xirak. The demon spun his spear and deflected them all away.
"Weakling!"
As soon as Xirak shouted that, a Nether Beam bolted at him and sent him flying backwards.
Xirak managed to tank that but his armor began to have dark veins. He disappeared at his location and rushed at Mater.
"It’s useless." The black cat chuckled. Pink barriers enveloped him and stopped Xirak’s advancent.
Xirak’s spear slamd on the Force Do but couldn’t crack it.
"Glacial Coffin..." The black cat clenched its paw.
Death Ice materialized in a sudden and encapsulated Xirak. This was Aurora’s power.
"These things can’t hurt !" Xirak broke out of the ice pillar with his spear.
"I know. I just need to buy sotis. Glacial Age..."
Another Rank-3 spell. The clouds covered the sky. Winds howled like. A blast of Glacial Power spread out from the black cat.
