Over the phone, Coco Edwards was so furious she was about to explode, "I think you’ve been too soft on her! That kind of woman should be chopped up and fed to sharks!"
Jane Sampson was thoroughly miserable.
It felt like soone had shoved a turd into her hands, and she couldn’t shake it off, having previously misguidedly thought it was sothing fragrant.
This was the first ti Jane had realized that people’s hearts could be so sinister.
"What are you going to reply on Twitter?" Coco asked, "Sister Bell suggests sending Mona Calm a lawyer’s letter, accusing her of defamation."
"I’ll follow Sister Tin’s advice," Jane was no longer interested in dealing with soone like Mona.
"Alright, I’ll let Sister Tin know," Coco sighed. "Now, whenever I think about the tis I served her als and poured her water, I wish I could go back and slap myself. I don’t know what I was thinking, being so nice to soone like that."
After venting, Coco promptly hung up to relay Jane’s decision to Rock Bell.
Rock Bell responded quickly, imdiately arranging for lawyers to draft docunts and posting them directly on Twitter, sternly warning Mona that this matter was not going to end there.
Jane did not call Jas Black; instead, she somberly scrolled through the comnts underneath Mona’s Twitter post.
Jane’s fans cursed Mona’s ancestors, but several netizens felt that Mona was right.
Netizen: "In this world, just because Mona says sothing is black doesn’t make it black, and white doesn’t beco white because she says so. Who does she think she is? Does she think she decides what’s what in the entire world with just her words?"
Netizen: "Are we blind? Little Jane is clearly very hardworking and talented, okay? Many actors, old predecessors, and directors who have worked with Jane have praised her effort and progress. How can you just negate her effort and talent with a single sentence?"
Netizen: "As an onlooker, setting aside whether Jane climbed up using a man, as soone who received much kindness from Jane, for you, Miss Mona, to speak like this about her in public reveals you have terrible character. It also suggests that soone with poor character like you is generally not credible."
Netizen: "She was so good to you, yet you calculated against her and used her, and that wasn’t enough—you even wanted to destroy her. Now that she’s ignoring you and doesn’t want to play your gas, you just want to ruin her, Mona, don’t you have a conscience?"
Netizen: "Regardless of what kind of person Mona is, don’t you think it’s strange for a newcor like Jane, who debuted only half a year ago, to have already worked with so many high-profile people? I think what Mona said might be true."
Netizen: "Agree with the above. Think about the lipstick costing more than 300,000 and jewelry over one million. Even for a rich second generation, isn’t that a bit too extravagant?"
Netizen: "It’s just lipsticks costing tens of thousands and jewelry over one million. To you poor folks, that’s extravagant, but for the wealthy, it’s as mundane as buying cabbage. So, the above, maybe you misunderstand the term ’rich second generation,’ huh?"
Netizen: "Exactly! For rich people who earn huge sums daily, spending a few tens or hundreds of thousands is nothing to fuss about. It’s hilarious. You think owning a V-brand bag makes you lavish, and assu all wealthy people have the sa mindset? For , an H-brand haute couture bag is just a trinket that I might use once and give away if I don’t like it."
