anwhile, on the train that had already embarked on the return journey, Peter Gingery watched Jas Black, who always sat next to him with the posture of an old cadre, forever dignified and severe. Peter scoffed in his mind, muttering that it was no wonder Jane Sampson didn’t enjoy having Jas Black co ho. If it were him, he’d also feel awkward with a husband who acted like he owned the place.
After ntally roasting Jas Black, Peter pulled out his mobile phone to surf the internet, opening twitter to check if Jane Sampson had posted any new tweets in the past few days. Instead, he was imdiately drawn to the trending topics on twitter.
"Jane Sampson, Evelyn Woods? People with the sa na?" Filled with curiosity, Peter clicked on it while taking a few swigs of mineral water. The internet connection was exceptionally slow halfway through the journey, intermittently coming and going.
He had to wait over one minute for a twitter post with a picture to load, inching open like a snail.
Peter thought that he should screenshot this hot topic for Jane Sampson to see because, with a na shared with his family’s Princess Egg-Yolk and bearing the title of a piano prodigy, he was all the more intrigued by this person who bore such a striking resemblance to the Jane Sampson he knew.
The image was slow to load, and when it finally opened, Peter casually glanced down. The next second, he spurted out a mouthful of water directly onto his teammate’s face across from him, effectively giving his teammate a face wash.
"Damn it, Peter! Do you have to be so disgusting?" His teammate, unable to dodge in ti, was splattered in the face, erupted in anger, and kicked out at Peter before angrily wiping his face on his clothes.
Peter was in a state of shock and didn’t think to dodge, actually taking the kick, and then his mobile phone clattered face-down onto the ground level.
"Dude, you couldn’t even dodge that?" The teammate scratched his head, sowhat startled by the sight of Peter’s phone hitting the ground.
"What did you just say?" Jas Black was sitting next to Peter and had overheard Peter muttering about Jane Sampson and another person’s na.
Peter’s phone had fallen right underfoot of Jas Black, who, after asking his question, bent down to help pick it up.
But when Peter saw Jas Black’s movent, he was nearly scared out of his wits.
"Brother! Brother!" Peter hurriedly stopped Jas Black and quickly reached out to pick up his phone and stuff it into his pocket, then turned to Jas Black with a sheepish smile, "Bro, how could I possibly let you do such a nial task? I’m the younger brother; it’s better if I handle it!"
No way was he going to let this matter spread from his end to Jas Black. He had to keep it under wraps as much as he could for Jane Sampson’s sake.
After retrieving his phone, Peter sneaked another peek at the enlarged photo, his first thought being that his family’s Princess Egg-Yolk was indeed beautiful – she stood out the most in a group photo.
He then quietly saved the single shots of Jane Sampson and another with a person Peter thought he recognized but couldn’t place right away. He sent both photos to Jane Sampson via WhatsApp.

Peter was sowhat anxious and concerned. If it weren’t for Jas Black sitting right next to him, he would have chosen to call Jane Sampson directly instead of waiting for her to reply to his ssages as he was doing now.
