The interlude of encountering Jillian Carter halfway there had Jane Sampson’s mood soaring all the way. Along the way, inside the car was filled with her humming tunes, while Jas Black, sitting by her side, actually listened with great interest to the new song lyrics she had created to specially mock Jillian Carter.
At that ti, Jas Black thought, Jane Sampson didn’t win the Best New Lyricist at that day’s awards ceremony, and it was indeed unfair to her.
Too bad, Jillian Carter couldn’t hear.
Otherwise, she would have been even happier.
Jane Sampson’s good mood lasted until the car stopped again, then abruptly ca to a halt.
At the guard team’s doorway, Jas Black halted the car, presented his ID for the routine examination, while Jane Sampson rolled down the window and looked ahead, then turned to gaze at Jas Black.
"I want to go ho! Ho! I don’t want to go to the guard team!" Jane Sampson protested.
"Where I am, that’s your ho," Jas Black took his ID back from the team mber and glanced at Jane Sampson, "Roll up the window; it’s cold outside."
"Jas Black, I think you have a sche, planning from early in the morning to trick into coming to the guard team," Jane Sampson humd disapprovingly, leaning back in her chair.
No wonder she got off the airplane so late, and this guy was still so eagerly waiting for her at the airport to pick her up. As it turns out, he was waiting here for her!
"Yes," Jas Black straightforwardly admitted, then started the car and drove further in.
The car stopped downstairs of the dormitory building, Jas Black got down, and Jane Sampson still lingered inside the car, unwilling to get out. Jas Black waited three seconds for her, then, seeing no reaction.
After that, Jas Black directly pulled open the car door, picked Jane Sampson up, locked the car, switched to holding her, and carried the person who was continuously glaring at him all the way back to his dormitory.
It wasn’t until they got to the dormitory that Jas Black put her down, patted the back of her hand, "Go take a bath, rest early."
After speaking, he went to get her change of clothes.
Jane Sampson also knew that since she was already here, there was no escape, so she could only kick him to vent her frustration, took the stuff, and headed to the bath room.
Jas Black lowered his gaze to look at the foot she’d kicked, chuckled softly, "Like a cat, loves to scratch people."
At this mont, Jane Sampson had no idea what was waiting for her.
After taking a bath, her mood beca much better. Drying her hair in the bath room and coming out, she was still humming a song, while Jas Black had already changed into pajamas and was sitting at the head of the bed, still holding a book.
Seeing Jane Sampson co out, Jas Black scooted over a bit, "Co here."
Without much thought, Jane Sampson lifted the quilt and lay down, even comfortably sighing, "So warm~"
This was where Jas Black had just been lying, and it was warm; she laid down and it was utterly comfortable.
Jas Black calmly placed the book aside and without any intention of turning off the light, then directly pressed Jane Sampson below him and kissed her.
Jas Black was annoyed by the interruption of Jillian Carter, but his irritation cald down quite a bit afterwards.
Once again kissing Jane Sampson, the flas were ignited in an instant.
Jane Sampson had never imagined that Jas Black would spare her after he had gone to great lengths to bring her to the guard team, so with his kiss, Jane Sampson had no evasion or resistance; on the contrary, she also missed Jas Black.
She embraced his kiss passionately, and in just a matter of monts, their clothes were scattered on the floor.
Just as Jane Sampson was gradually sinking into the mont, Jas Black suddenly held her waist, turned her around, and the positions of the two had a complete turnaround.
