"Dress isn’t the issue, the problem is the kissing and bed scenes." Rock Bell smiled sheepishly and shook her head, "Forget it, forget it, I’ll keep an eye on those."
In the circle, it’s common to have position substitution for kissing scenes and stand-ins for bed scenes, and Jane Sampson doesn’t need to rely on nudity to grab attention and climb the popularity ranks.
"That’s right, with Commander Black’s connections and relationships, and with your help, I believe Jane will certainly have an easy ride in this industry." Rock Bell was happy about this, thinking that Jane would probably be the easiest artist she’s ever promoted.
With Jas Black and the Black Family, Jane’s rise to stardom is just a matter of ti.
But Rock Bell didn’t expect that to her remark, Jas Black would raise an eyebrow and smirk, curling the corner of his mouth, "Who said I was going to help her?"
Her rhetorical question left Rock Bell dumbfounded, "Didn’t you just now say you were not opposed?"
"Just because I’m not opposed, does that an I support it?" Jas Black scoffed, "I’m just not opposed, but I don’t support it either. How far she goes is up to her own skills."
At this point, Jas paused for a mont, his expression slightly pleased, "In fact, I quite hope she gets disheartened and gives up on the idea of becoming an actor. I prefer her to be the leisurely Mrs. Black at ho, even if it’s doing nothing just like before."
After speaking, Jas picked up the paper and pen on the table and wrote down his mobile number before standing up, "I won’t disturb you any longer, I’m taking my leave now."
Declining Rock Bell’s offer to see him out, Jas Black took the elevator down the building and left her company on his own.
On the ride ho, Jas Black felt much better than when he arrived. He wasn’t worried that Rock Bell would tell Jane about what he had just said, because, in fact, that was exactly what he was thinking.
He had no plans to help Jane, and was even waiting for her to decide acting wasn’t fun and then obediently co ho, whether to be a housewife or to keep playing her piano and getting involved in the real art industry.
On the way back, because of a mini peak, there was a bit of traffic, and by the ti Jas Black’s car reached downstairs of the building, it was already dinner ti.
As he opened the door and entered, he slled the aroma of als, and raised an eyebrow, thinking to himself, not bad, at least it’s not instant noodles.
Jane Sampson was busy in the kitchen frying vegetables, and didn’t hear the sound of the door opening, so when she turned with a dish ready to walk out of the kitchen, she nearly jumped at the sight of a tall figure standing in the doorway and almost dropped the green pepper and preserved at she was holding.
"When did you co back?" Jane’s heart nearly leapt out of her chest, "You could have at least made a sound when you got back, you scared to death!"
"Just got ho." Jas Black responded and reached out to take the vegetables from Jane’s hand and placed them on the dinner table outside.
The dinner table already had a soup and a vegetable dish set, which should be enough for the two of them.
"What did grandfather say when you went back to the Black Residence?" Jane sat down in her seat, a bit tentatively probing, "Grandfather must have been furious, right?"
Jas Black glanced at Jane’s current expression, her face showing obvious concern. Thinking of how Old Master Black had slamd the table and thrown stuff in the afternoon, he considered for a mont and decided not to ntion Old Master Black’s attitude and instead urged Jane, "Let’s eat."
After saying that, he started eating on his own.
Regarding Jane Sampson’s culinary skills, Jas Black felt he ought to give her praise. In the past, the als Jane prepared when he ca ho were always so lavish that his impression of the als far exceeded his impression of Jane herself.
