Peter Gingery lingered at Jas Black’s place until ten o’clock before Jas, finally, due to being busy, had to chase him away. When Peter left, he was still on his mobile phone, playing gas while putting on his shoes, and kept talking about the ga to Jane Sampson.
Jas Black, fed up, directly shoved him out the door and slamd it shut, then returned to pick up Jane Sampson’s mobile phone, grabbed her hood by the clothes, and dragged her into the bedroom.
"What are you doing! What are you doing!" Jane Sampson kicked her legs and grabbed the hood with both hands, but the next second, Jas threw her onto the bed, and she lay there straight and flat.
"You’re so violent!" Jane Sampson turned over and kicked Jas Black. When Jas turned to look at her, she quickly withdrew her foot and burrowed into the quilt, leaving only a pair of eyes to keep watching Jas’s expression.
"Played gas all night without stopping," Jas Black criticized Jane, "Aren’t your eyes tired?"
Jane Sampson, not taking it to heart, shook her head and cheerfully replied, "Not tired! My eyesight is super good!"
Ignoring Jane Sampson, Jas Black brought the suitcase from the corner and asked which stuff Jane was planning to take tomorrow, ready to help with the packing.
Upon hearing this, Jane Sampson sat up imdiately, like a director, pointing left and right with her delicate fingers, ordering Jas to pack the suitcase for her without moving herself.
She had been staying at Jas Black’s place for quite a while and had brought over many regular items from ho, so she had to take them with her.
Once she saw Jas put the packed suitcase upright in the corner, Jane happily motioned to him, saying, "I think I might have gained so weight these past two days."
Spending every day in the dormitory eating and sleeping, Jane felt she must have gotten fatter.
Jas glanced at Jane’s waist, walked over, and lifted her from the bed, weighed her for a mont, and scoffed, "It’s so light; where’s the weight?"
"You can weigh soone just by holding them like that? I don’t believe it! Go get the electronic scale; let weigh myself. Then when I’m on the film set, if I get fat, I’ll send you a photo, and you’ll have to prepare a gift for !" Jane nudged Jas, urging him to put her down.
Jas furrowed his eyebrows for a while before nodding and complying.
Once Jane stood on the electronic scale, watching the numbers change for a few seconds, her heart tangled along with them.
A few seconds later, the scale showed the result, and Jane took a closer look, feeling full of disappointnt.
She tugged on Jas Black standing next to her and snorted, "Gained eight liang, almost one catty."
"But it’s still not a full catty," Jas remarked.
Jane felt dissatisfied, stepped off the scale, waited a few seconds, and got back on, seeing the number hadn’t changed at all.
Her little face crumpled up, unhappy, "Soon, I’ll gain a full catty, so you can start preparing the gift!"
Jane stepped off the scale and pushed Jas onto it, watching the numbers climb quickly. For the first ti, she looked at Jas with such envious expression.
So can easily reach 100 on the scale, but with her can’t-get-fat physique, why is it so difficult?
"Once I’m on the film set, I’ll strive to eat five als a day." Jane waved a hand in front of Jas’s eyes, then pulled him down from the scale, and stood back up on it herself.
