Old Master Black was discussing with Old Sir Carter about taking a family photo of the two families.
"Co in, take a seat!" Old Master Black pointed to the spot across from him and said, "When is your next vacation? We’re talking with Jane’s grandparents about taking a family photo when you’re on vacation. When you have ti off, bring Jane along, and we’ll take a trip to her hotown, so she can get to know her roots."
This was also Old Master Black’s intention.
The Carter Family had co to the Capital Province twice, once to visit Old Master Black and reminisce, and this ti because of Jane Sampson.
Old Sir Carter and his wife’s health was not as robust as Old Master Black’s, so every ti they traveled here, Old Sir Carter and his wife felt a bit strained.
Jas Black nodded and let out a brief "hmm."
Looking up, he noticed that everyone was staring at him. He paused montarily before adding, "I’ll ntion it to Jane."
"This child is great in every way, just a bit quiet, doesn’t like to talk much." Old Master Black was now a little anxious, wondering why Jas Black couldn’t speak nicely to please his father-in-law and mother-in-law.
"It’s fine, being quiet is good, our Jas Carter is also quiet." Grandpa Carter was quite satisfied with Jas Black as his grandson-in-law.
Jas Black was young and promising, but most importantly, he treated Jane Sampson well.
Therefore, whether young people talked a lot didn’t concern Old Sir Carter; he simply liked to see the younger generation get along harmoniously, with strong marital relationships.
After ushering Jas Black in, the elders left him aside, engrossed in looking through Jane Sampson’s childhood album, endlessly sharing amusing stories.
"Speaking of Jane the girl, I suddenly rembered sothing," Brooke Black turned to look at Jas Black.
The smile in her gaze as she turned was genuinely mischievous, causing Jas Black to raise his eyebrows involuntarily.
Seeing his expression, Brooke Black laughed before even speaking.
"What is it? Quickly tell us." Old Master Black urged.
"As a child, Jane loved martial arts films, but she especially adored those gangster films. Once, she stared at the male lead and told Peter Gingery how handso he was, saying she’d want her future husband to dress like that for her."
Brooke Black glanced at Jas Black once more.
Jas Black frowned again.
He had expected this.
"What kind of outfit?" Mother Carter asked Jas Black.
Jas Black pressed his lips together, saying nothing.
"Judging by that look, he still doesn’t know, does he?" Brooke Black laughed, "A leather jacket, bell-bottom jeans, Jane thought a man dressed like that was incredibly handso."
"What kind of taste is that?" Old Master Black was extrely surprised, "Isn’t that just like an old rascal?"
However...
As he said this, Old Master Black’s tone changed, "But since she likes it, you should wear it for her soti. She’s your wife, you should indulge her; if she likes it, just go along with it."
Jas Black turned his head directly to another side.
The group burst into laughter.
"That’s a refusal from the soul," Brooke Black said. "Refusing now won’t help; later, when Jane acts all cutesy, if she wants the stars in the sky, you’d pluck them for her, so what’s a set of clothes?"
Jas Black didn’t tell Brooke Black that the stars and clothes she ntioned had already been brought up by Jane Sampson.
Recalling her coquettish manner, Jas Black subtly curled the corner of his mouth.
Just now on the phone, she ntioned chasing until legs broke.
