Upon receiving Jillian Carter’s call, Jas Carter was sitting in the car.
"Brother, did you know Mandy Forest is getting married?"
On the phone, Jillian Carter suddenly threw out a sentence like this, startling Jas Carter, who took a long ti to co back to his senses.

Jas Carter remained silent for a long ti.
It wasn’t because Jillian Carter spoke of that past incident, but rather the news of Mandy’s marriage that left him slightly shaken.

Jillian Carter grew more anxious as she spoke, "That man is too shaless, actually letting Mandy Forest use a lifeti marriage to repay kindness. Brother, if you still like Mandy Forest, you should go and win her back."
"Jillian," Jas Carter rebuked softly, "You should not investigate Mandy’s private matters, and this matter, you absolutely must not publicize."

He said it was Mandy’s affair, but in the end, he still dialed that phone number he had saved in his mobile for so long but had never dialed out before.
Mandy’s phone number had changed, but after returning to the country, Jas Carter easily got hold of her mobile number.
However, Jas Carter saved it but never dialed it out.

A long silence ca from Mandy’s side.
