"Many people inside the circle in Capital Province have seen the most downcast state of Julie Sampson. Therefore, even after Julie returned to the Sampton Family, she could never truly integrate into that circle," Joseph Shaw said. "When Julie was recognized by the Sampton Family, the Chip Family demanded a large sum of money from them, which the couple and their son quickly squandered. The three of them are now all over Capital Province looking for Julie, ready to latch onto her."
"What’s the point of all this nonsense you’re saying?" Jillian Carter bit her lips, clearly not taking in a single word Joseph was saying.
"I’m telling you all this just to say that Julie is a child who has grown up surrounded by calculations. As a child, she calculated her foster parents to protect herself, left the village, entered society early, and within the workplace calculated colleagues and bosses to keep her job, even at such a young age."
"She was able to make the fool’s parents willingly let her return ho, and also made colleagues much older than her take care of her, promote her, nurture her. After returning to the Sampton Family, she calculated her biological parents’ hearts and wealth."
Joseph Shaw slightly curved the corner of his mouth, "Jillian, even such a Julie lost at the hands of Jane Sampson. Do you think that being raised with food and clothing taken care of, cherished by your dad and brother, you could possibly outwit Jane Sampson in terms of sches and tactics?"
"Jane Sampson seems to be always cheerful with everyone, seemingly easygoing over everything, like a pushover without a temper, soone anyone could ss with. But actually, she’s very smart. The reason she lived like that in the Sampton Family is because she doesn’t fight or compete, which allowed Julie to flaunt herself in the Sampton Family for many years."
"She doesn’t fight or compete because she knows in her heart that the Sampton Family is not her ho, that she has no right to fight or compete. Later, she completely severed ties with the Sampton Family," Joseph Shaw said, looking up at Jillian Carter.
"After her identity was uncovered by your brother, all the things I taught you to do were because I saw through this aspect of her, saw through how much she cares about her dad and mom and the Carter Family. So, I taught you how to silently plot against her."
"But, Jillian, the reason Jane Sampson doesn’t fight or compete in the Sampton Family is because she has no right, but in the Carter Family, it’s not because of anything but because she cares about her family. But don’t forget, compared to the Carter Family, what she cares about more is the Black Family. Your actions have already crossed her bottom line."
"And once Jane Sampson’s bottom line is touched, she will retaliate, thoroughly retaliate. And once Jane Sampson retaliates, she will not hesitate and will never give you another chance. So, do you understand?"
With that, Joseph Shaw finally fell silent.
He stared intensely at Jillian Carter, his gaze fixed on her eyes, with a hint of anger in his eye base.

Joseph Shaw didn’t know whether he should ask Jillian if she truly doubted his abilities or if she simply didn’t care about him, thus paying no attention to his words.
"Are you blaming ?" Jillian Carter asked in disbelief. "You told so many stories about Julie just to bla ? To mock ? To ridicule that I can’t match up to Jane Sampson?"
Joseph Shaw shook his head.
"I also want to tell you, Jillian, if it weren’t for Julie taking the suffering for you at the Chip Family..."
