The three of them ate lunch in the dining hall downstairs at the hotel. During the al, Jane Sampson finally witnessed the attitude of soone determined to lose weight.
Jas Carter’s midday lunch was just a vegetable salad with a tiny bit of beef. He hadn’t touched a single grain of rice, and it was said that he hadn’t eaten such staples for a good while.
Coco Edwards had never been so hard on herself even when she wanted to lose weight the most. If she didn’t eat rice for a few days, Coco would feel like her belly was never full.
Jane Sampson watched Jas Black fill her bowl with rice again, and once more felt that if she kept eating like this, she’d definitely gain weight quickly. On that day, Jane and Jas didn’t leave the house and went to bed early in the evening. Early the next morning, Jane once again endured the torturous early rise, leaning bonelessly against Jas Black while brushing her teeth, her head bobbing like a little chicken pecking at grains, almost loosening her grip on the toothbrush.
"Slept the whole day yesterday, still sleepy?" Jas Black, supporting Jane Sampson’s back of the head with his hand, asked with a smile, "Don’t get upset when I call you Mrs. Piggy."
"Maybe I slept too much yesterday, so my body hasn’t responded yet. It still thinks I’m going to keep sleeping today like yesterday," Jane Sampson yawned and felt a bit energized after washing her face.
Turning to Jas Black, she asked, "Why are you up so early? It’s only over five o’clock, you could sleep more."
"I’m going to the film set with you," Jas Black said.
"You’re coming to the film set with ?!" Jane Sampson wondered if she had misheard, "So while I’m acting, you’ll just be waiting next to ? The whole day, there are even a few night scenes, you might get so bored waiting that grass will grow on your head!"
Jane Sampson thought that waiting like that would try anyone’s patience.
"You can stay at the hotel or wander around nearby, and co back when I’m done filming, or I could text you when I’m done, and you can co to the film set to pick up!" Jane Sampson seriously suggested to Jas Black.
"No need, I’ll just watch over you there," Jas Black refused.
After breakfast, Jas Black drove Jane Sampson, Coco Edwards, and Harry Little Money to the film set.
Once they arrived, Jane Sampson pulled Jas Black to sit in her spot, then opened her backpack, and like magic, started taking stuff out one after another.
"If you’re hungry, you can eat so small cookies to pad your belly. If you’re bored, eat so sunflower seeds, and you can have a lollipop too. There’s water in the kettle, drink if you’re thirsty. In the bag, there’s also potato chips, dried fruits, all of which are really delicious!" Jane Sampson simply stuffed the entire bag into Jas Black’s arms.
Then, unexpectedly eting Jas Black’s sowhat dangerous gaze, Jane Sampson’s survival instinct kicked in.
"I didn’t sneak snacks! They’re not mine, I specifically asked Coco Edwards to buy them for you! I was afraid you’d be too bored waiting," Jane Sampson exclaid, "I really didn’t sneak snacks; if you don’t believe , ask Coco and Harry Little Money."
Pausing for a mont, Jane Sampson began confessing a part of the truth, "Alright! The lollipop is from ho, bought for by Peter Gingery!"
Not only confessing, but she also actively ratted out her accomplice.
"The rest were bought by Coco for ," Jane Sampson poked Jas Black’s shoulder, "Now do you finally believe ? If you still don’t, you can ask Coco!"
