A face covered with sunglasses, a mask, and a scarf—it was Jas Black who had wrapped her up so tightly that not even her hair was much exposed.
Jane Sampson secretly thought that with her ugly getup, she probably wouldn’t even be recognized by her grandparents if she stood right in front of them.
"Don’t take it off," Jas Black instructed, and after taking Jane’s hand again, he added, "Let’s go."
Jane hid her pout beneath the mask and with her other hand, she pulled out her mobile phone from her pocket. She used the mobile phone screen to check her disguise, then simply snapped a couple of selfies and uploaded them to Monts, typing a line with one hand.

She had just posted to Monts when Jas Black’s reprimand floated to her ears, "Walk properly, don’t play with your phone!"
"Okay," my daddy Black!
Jane Sampson’s response was as clever and cute as a three-year-old’s, with a crisp and vigorous voice—of course, it would have been more convincing if the eyes behind her sunglasses weren’t rolling.
Until visiting here, it was hard to imagine that in a corner of this city, unlike the high-rise skyscrapers outside, unlike the bustling streets, there lay a hidden treasure of the city.
As Jane Sampson ventured deeper into the tourism zone, swathes of desert gradually spread before her eyes. The sun’s rays were so scorching at noon that not many people were in the zone at this ti.
Every corner here, every mont, every beam of light—random photos taken with a mobile phone were all stunningly beautiful scenes.
Jane herself didn’t realize when she regained the freedom of her other hand, but by the ti she ca to her senses, her phone was filled with many photos, including both scenic shots and selfies.
"It’s a pity I didn’t bring a cara on this outing," Jane murmured as she put her sunglasses back on and once again noticed people passing by holding either ice cream or cups of orange plastic filled with so beverage. It was sothing she hadn’t seen elsewhere and looked very refreshing.
But it was ice-cold.
Jane sighed inwardly and gave Jas Black a wistful glance—if only he hadn’t co along.
Eat ice cream!
Drink cold drinks!
It must have been the wealth of emotions in Jane’s gaze, for even through the sunglasses, Jas Black seed to understand what was written in her eyes.
"Want a drink?" Jas Black asked.
Jane restrained herself sowhat, "Do you know what they’re holding in their hands, the cups of orange stuff?"
"Tangerine-flavored juice, it’s a local specialty. Chilled, it tastes pretty good, quenching thirst and providing relief from the heat," Jas Black apparently knew what it was.
Jane could tell from his tone that he must have tried it before.
"Wait here for ," Jas Black said, looking toward a shop not too far away. It was a bit distant and not on the way to where he had planned to take Jane later.
Upon seeing Jane nod, Jas Black headed straight for the shop, and Jane swore that his retreating figure was simply dashing!
She sneakily snapped several photos of Jas Black’s figure running to the shop, selected the two best shots, and imdiately uploaded them to Monts.
At this mont, the height of a certain soone seems to reach a striking six feet nine!

In the photos, the direction Jas Black ran was toward the shop with the desert behind him, and the sun hanging at the mountain peak. The light hitting his figure was quite flattering.
