Jillian Carter’s company is over there. The three of them went to the company to keep watch, and sooner or later they’d run into Jillian Carter’s people.
When Jillian Carter founded West Crossing, the commotion she caused on the internet was no small thing, so if you look up information about West Crossing, you can easily find it online.
After half an hour, the two of them returned ho.
Jas Black washed a bunch of grapes and ca out of the kitchen. Jane Sampson was just about to reach out and eat one when the doorbell rang in the house.
Jas Black pushed the grapes toward Jane Sampson’s hand, "I’ll go open the door." He walked toward the doorway.
Seeing the person outside the door, Jas Black opened it directly and called out to Jane Sampson, "Nina Rice is here."
Jane Sampson let out a sound of surprise, spat out the seeds, stood up, and looked outside; it was indeed Nina Rice.
"Why did you co back today? Finished with everything?" Jane Sampson waved to Nina Rice, "Co on and have so grapes; they’re freshly bought and very fresh."
"No grapes for ; just get a glass of water. I rushed back early in the morning and didn’t even have ti to drink a sip of water. Do you have any snacks to fill my stomach? Biscuits or bread, anything will do." Seeing the fruits, Nina Rice wasn’t tempted; she was so hungry she just wanted sothing to fill her belly, "Biscuits, bread, anything."
After asking, seeing Jane Sampson’s confused look, Nina Rice put a hand on her forehead, "I shouldn’t have asked if you had snacks."
"There are a few biscuits left; Jas Black just bought them for . I haven’t finished them. I’ll go get them for you, but don’t eat too much; I’ll go cook you so noodles." Jane Sampson got up and hurried to find her hidden snacks, bringing them all out and putting them in front of Nina Rice.
Then, she turned her head to look at Jas Black, holding back her expression, wanting to say sothing but stopping, her face just wrote one sentence.
After Nina Rice finished eating, he’d have to buy more.
Jas Black nodded at Jane Sampson, and only then did Jane Sampson happily go to the kitchen.
Nina Rice wasn’t at all polite to Jane Sampson, opening the biscuits and starting to eat. Jas Black poured her a glass of water and placed it by her hand. She didn’t even have ti to say thank you before she picked it up and drank it in one go.
"Brother Jas Black, could I trouble you for another glass~" Nina Rice handed the empty cup to Jas Black, her heart still a bit worried.
She was afraid Jas Black, with his cold deanor, would sneer at her and tell her to get it herself.
Fortunately, Jas Black did not.
After drinking another glass of water and eating a small bag of biscuits, Nina Rice finally stopped. Hearing the sound of Jane Sampson busy cooking noodles for her in the kitchen, Nina Rice went into the kitchen.
"Slls so good~" Jane Sampson was frying an egg for her. Jane Sampson was good at cooking, and the fried egg was fragrant and thin without being burned at all.
"Ah, Jane, you’re really so virtuous. Brother Jas Black is absolutely blessed to marry you." Nina Rice stood next to Jane Sampson watching her work, and words of praise flowed out of her mouth as if they were free. After that, she added an extra reminder, "Don’t put onions and garlic in it, okay? I don’t eat those."
"Got it," Jane Sampson responded, then asked, "Didn’t you say earlier that you wouldn’t be back for a few days? Didn’t you run into so difficulties previously when collecting evidence?"
"Yes, but Brother Jas Black’s friend is really loyal. He helped a lot, so after I got the evidence, I ca back." Nina Rice said, "This afternoon I’ll go to the law firm to print out the docunts, and then I can officially start the legal proceedings."
