"Let’s go back." Jane Sampson pulled Jas Black forward, "It’s too cold, let’s run back slowly."
Jas Black held her tightly, "Don’t run, let’s walk back slowly. We just had dinner not long ago, be careful about your stomachache."
Jane Sampson stuck her tongue out and obediently walked beside Jas Black.
Once back in the dormitory, Jane Sampson crossed her legs on the sofa and opened the script to read.
Jas Black didn’t disturb Jane Sampson, he went to the bedroom to shower first, then entered the study to work on his matters.
The movie script wasn’t thick, but Jane Sampson was reading very attentively. When she reached the last page, she looked up at the ti and found it was almost 11 o’clock.
She realized she had been reading for over three hours without moving at all.
Jas Black had at so point co out from the study and returned to the bedroom, perhaps noticing her absorbed and dedicated reading, so he didn’t interrupt her to remind her to sleep.
After putting the script away, Jane Sampson went to take a shower, and by the ti she finished washing up and lay in Bed, she was yawning repeatedly.
"How was the script?" Jas Black stretched out his hand and held her in arms. As long as the weather wasn’t hot, Jane Sampson gladly snuggled against him to sleep because his body was warm.
"Good, I want to take this script." Jane Sampson said, "This movie is about a kind-hearted female lead who, because of an unfortunate childhood, places great importance on money. In the end, to help more unfortunate people, she sets aside her personal desires and becos an exceptionally outstanding lawyer. There is also a romantic part, but it’s quite tragic—the male and female leads eventually break up due to irreconcilable conflicts, with the male lead settling abroad and the female lead remaining dostic."
In terms of emotion, this drama is a tragedy.
But in other aspects, this drama is indeed a reunion drama.
Though the male and female leads are separated, the female lead works hard to create more families and change the fates of more unfortunate people—a series of grand reunions.
"I’ll take a look tomorrow." Jas Black rubbed Jane Sampson’s head.
"Throughout the whole drama, there’s only one intimate scene: when the male lead goes abroad, and the female lead sees him off, the two kiss at the airport as they say their final goodbyes—a scene that’s both heartbreaking and satisfying."
Jane Sampson nudged Jas Black, "That scene will have a stand-in or position substitution, don’t worry."
"They haven’t decided who will play the male lead yet, right?" Jas Black asked.
"Sister Tin didn’t say, which ans it’s probably yet to be decided." Jane Sampson said, "This kind of drama likely won’t choose a newcor."
"Hmm." Jas Black gave Jane Sampson a kiss on the forehead, "Let’s sleep."
Jane Sampson murmured in agreent, wrapped her arms around Jas Black, and in the quilt, she clung to Jas Black like an octopus, arms and legs tightly wrapped around him. This position was obviously uncomfortable, so shortly after falling asleep, she unconsciously loosened her grip.
In this respect, Jas Black’s tolerance for Jane Sampson was extraordinarily high. Once Jane Sampson fell asleep and settled down completely, Jas Black couldn’t help but chuckle softly.
Not sure if he was chuckling at Jane Sampson’s childish actions or his own exceptional patience.
At midnight, it is the best ti for people to be in deep sleep.
However, not everyone can sleep peacefully.
At least, for the Miller Family, it was a sleepless night.
