She moved Jane Sampson’s hand away and patted her chest, "Goddess, you really scared to death, you got married without a sound or whisper?"
Quincy Forest had been paying attention to Jane Sampson ever since she was still playing the piano, and suddenly it was almost as if Jane had left that circle completely, almost no ssages at all.
She couldn’t find any reason on the internet either, and even about the person Jane Sampson, the internet couldn’t google much detailed content. Quincy Forest really looked terrified as she held Jane Sampson’s shoulder with one hand and her forehead with the other, "Wait, let take a mont, I need to sort this out."
Jane Sampson laughed, "Is it that hard to accept?"
Quincy Forest nodded gravely.
"Your husband is my brother’s classmate, elentary school? Or junior school? High school? Or maybe the university?" Quincy Forest said, "I know all the classmates my brother has a good relationship with, most have been to our house several tis, so, who is your husband? I probably know him."
Jane Sampson felt that Quincy probably knew him, after all, Jas Black was definitely not an unknown figure inside the great courtyard.
"Just say it, don’t worry, I absolutely won’t let anyone find out about this. You might think I’m careless usually, but I am actually quite clever." Quincy Forest looked at Jane Sampson with a face full of curiosity, her hand on Jane’s shoulder gently nudging her to prompt an answer.
It was then that Jane Sampson nodded her head, "It’s Jas Black."
As Jane Sampson softly uttered the na of Jas Black, the usually nonchalant Quincy Forest staggered and nearly fell next to her.
If it hadn’t been for Jane Sampson’s tily grasp, she was certain Quincy Forest would have had an intimate encounter with the floor.
"Goddess Sampton," Quincy Forest leaned on Jane, one hand tightly grabbing Jane’s hand, "I, I salute you as a true man."
"So, you are the one who got engaged to Jas Black when you were very young? That girl I don’t know, but whom I’ve felt sorry for many years, is you?" Quincy Forest put her other hand on the back of Jane’s hand, gently patted it, offering silent comfort, "You’ve had it hard."
Quincy Forest not only knew Jas Black but also had a very deep impression of him.
As she grew up, Jas Black had been to the Forest Family ho a few tis because of her brother, Alexander Forest. Even those brief encounters were enough for Jas Black to deeply imprint a few labels in Quincy Forest’s mind.
You could annoy her brother, but you couldn’t annoy her brother’s classmate nad Jas Black.
He seed a bit icy.
He didn’t like to smile.
He spoke in a way that cut to the bone, each ti leaving her brother feeling half-dead.
He was incredibly strong, able to send her brother flying with a single punch.
All these labels led Quincy Forest to secretly complain to Alexander Forest later on, that his classmate would definitely struggle to find a girlfriend in the future.
Later, Alexander Forest told his naïve sister that Jas Black had been engaged for many years already, and it was likely that after the girl graduated from university they would get married directly.
After that, although Quincy Forest did not know who Jas Black’s fiancée was, she had ntally conjured up many drama-filled scenarios.
Like a family alliance marriage, a loveless marriage.
Like being abused by Jas Black’s family.
Or the image of a pitiful little wife who didn’t dare to breathe too loudly in front of Jas Black.
She never once imagined that the poor woman she had all this while felt sorry for and was curious about would turn out to be the child her mother often ntioned as an example when she was younger.
