"December? It’s December, right?" Jane Sampson chuckled, her heart pondered, and Jas Black sounded off.
Jas Black glanced at the person next to him who was carefully peeking at him. Rembering December was not yet beyond salvation.
Caught by Jas Black in the act of stealing glances, Jane Sampson showed her small white teeth in a sycophantic smile at Jas Black, earnestly trying to recall the exact date in December.
What day in December?
Jane Sampson walked while wracking her brains to rember.
A few seconds later, her steps halted abruptly, and she subconsciously reached out to grab Jas Black, blurting out, "Your mobile phone password isn’t really 321203, is it?"
"Is there a problem?" Jas Black stood there with raised eyebrows, looking at the shocked Jane Sampson.
"Our marriage certificate was issued on December 3rd, and our ho is on the 32nd floor, so does your password an our ho’s floor number plus the date of our marriage certificate?" Jane Sampson recalled this after rembering her marriage with Jas Black.
She just knew when she first heard Jas Black ntion 321203, why did that sequence of numbers seem so familiar!
How could it not be familiar?
1203, the date they registered for marriage. The previous year she had worked hard to rember that date, but it had no special significance. She went about her usual days as she would on that day, so she gradually forgot it later on.
"Yes." Jas Black admitted, "I thought with your intelligence, you’d never figure it out in a lifeti."
Feeling insulted, Jane Sampson stealthily rolled her eyes at Jas Black, who had just scorned her intelligence. Stubborn and annoyed!
But why would this guy use a password with such significance for his mobile phone?
That seed unlikely, didn’t it?
With his personality, wouldn’t he use so numbers with special aning? Like a team number? Or so cryptic, fancy Morse code or sothing.
Jane Sampson browsed the jewelry area on the fifth floor and didn’t find anything she liked, so she didn’t buy anything. But when she reached the doorway of the cold drink store, her feet felt as if nailed to the ground, unable to move.
"What’s wrong?" Jas Black felt Jane Sampson stop by his side and turned to look at her, only to see her eyes ardently gazing at the bustling cold drink store next door.
The promotional poster for the cold drink store’s signature vanilla ice cream milk tea displayed on the glass window looked drool-worthy.
"This store’s signature is this, it’s really delicious." Jane Sampson pointed at the poster with her finger, then turned her head and tentatively asked, "We’ve been shopping all afternoon, shall we sit there for a while?"
At this, Jane Sampson quickly clarified, "Not to eat ice cream, just to sit down. Drinking a cup of fresh juice is fine too."
Jas Black stood, deep in thought, and after a few seconds, Jane Sampson’s poorly-concealed craving for ice cream tickled him into laughter.
Her acting skills weren’t much of an advantage in front of ice cream.
Jas Black reached out to take her hand that was touching the poster, "You can only have one."
"One what? Ice cream?" Jane Sampson’s voice jumped, and before she could react, Jas Black had led her inside.
When it was ti to order and she heard Jas Black order a vanilla ice cream milk tea and a cup of tea, she looked at Jas Black and suddenly thought he looked especially handso today.
In that handsoness, there was also a hint of cuteness and charm.

After sitting down, Jane Sampson, holding her ice cream milk tea, grinned until her eyes were re slits. She got her order, and instead of taking the first sip herself, she servilely and sycophantically held the small spoon out to Jas Black’s lips, coaxing, "You and your wallet have had a hard afternoon. Here, have a taste; it’s delicious and not sickeningly sweet."
