The weather was nice today, and of course, Jane Sampson felt that her luck today was even better.
The airplane was on ti, with no delays.
At 4:55, the airplane landed at Capital Province Airport.
As soon as Jane Sampson got off the airplane and turned on her mobile phone, she saw a ssage from Jas Black telling her he was already waiting for her at the exit.
After grabbing her luggage, Jane hurried along with Elizabeth King to retrieve their luggage, and by the ti they reached the carousel, both were panting with exertion.
"Do you have soone picking you up later? If not, you can co with ," Jane asked.
"No need, a friend of mine is picking up from the airport. They’re already waiting for in the parking lot," Elizabeth King shook her head and, seeing Jane’s suitcase co around, took it off the carousel for her, "I know you’re in a hurry, Sister Jane, and my luggage hasn’t arrived yet, so don’t wait for ."
Thinking that Jas Black had already been waiting at the exit for a long ti, Jane didn’t bother with pleasantries and, pulling her suitcase, hurried towards the exit.
Jas Black was very tall, easy to spot in a crowd.
The mont Jane ca out, she saw the man with a ramrod-straight posture, undeniably the most eye-catching among the bustling airport crowd.
"Jas Black!" Jane shouted his na and started rushing toward him with her luggage from a distance.
"Take it easy," Jas Black said as he watched Jane charging towards him, his heart leaping in concern that she might crash and end up face-planting the next second.
However, the airport was noisy and Jane couldn’t hear what Jas was saying. Though it was crowded, she did slow down. But, as she approached Jas, she surged forward, spread her arms wide, and gave Jas a big hug.
"I’m back!" Jane put almost half her body weight onto Jas, not worried in the slightest that he might not be able to hold steady, her arms wrapped around him as she looked up, smiling at him.
"Uh-huh," Jas replied, patting Jane’s head with his hand. At this mont, Jane’s smile was dazzling, bright enough to be blinding. Jas, being held like this, found himself especially reluctant to push her away but couldn’t help but chide her, "It’s busy here with people coming and going. Don’t run through the airport with your luggage like that ever again."
However, the person whose head was resting against his chest clearly wasn’t listening to his words, her little hands quite busy.
"Jane Sampson," Jas couldn’t help but let a touch of amused helplessness color his voice, "what are you doing?"
"Looking for my gift~" Jane’s reply was dead serious, patting down the left and right pockets. Aside from his mobile phone and wallet, she didn’t find anything else.
Jane grumbled and pouted, "Didn’t you say you brought my gift?"
"It’s at ho," Jas replied, lifting her up and then reaching for Jane’s suitcase, "Let’s go, ho."
He really couldn’t tell if she was happy to see him when she said I’m back, or just happy about getting her gift soon.
Jas thought it was probably the latter.
On the ride ho, Jane was so elated, it seed like she could fly away at any mont; she continually talked about her good luck today and then about how she wished she had t Jas Carter sooner, going on and on with increasing joy. On the other hand, Jas didn’t seem to be even the slightest bit happy.
Jas thought that there probably wasn’t a man alive who would enjoy hearing his wife endlessly praise another man.
Yes, endlessly, as if it didn’t cost her a thing.
