"Your wife’s Twitter is now so popular, it could almost crush Shirley Young, the Movie King. Just look at the comnts on her Twitter, look at the hot topics sparked by just one of her tweets. It’s fair to say that her level of engagent is sothing even top-tier actresses can’t match."
"What?" Jas Black didn’t have the habit of going online and naturally wasn’t aware of the Twitter trends.
The other party laughed upon hearing Jas’s question.
"Your wife’s Twitter has beco the top trending topic, and you, her husband, don’t know about it? Jas Black, that won’t do. You’re not paying any attention to your wife’s updates," the person teased Jas and then continued, "Go check out her Twitter yourself. Over there, I’ll attempt to pry out so more ssages."
"Alright, money is not an issue; let them na their price," Jas said.
"I’ll try." The other party’s tone held so uncertainty, as after all, not everyone can be swayed by money, and there are quite a few in dia who have professional ethics.
After hanging up the phone, Jas directly searched for Jane Sampson’s Twitter and, upon opening it, saw the top trending Twitter post.
Jas read through the text in one glance, then opened the photo and took a look, involuntarily chuckling softly.
The way it was phrased was indeed very much in Jane’s own style.
Very infuriating.
However, seeing in the photo the access card belonging to their ho and the lipstick he had given her, Jas’s eyebrows rose involuntarily.
It seed she really liked that lipstick, so had she now switched to carrying the one he gave her?
When Jas put away his mobile phone, his face still couldn’t hide his amusent, while Jane Sampson over at the film crew probably would never guess in her lifeti that, just because of her offhand remark about a marriage certificate proving anything, Jas had actually gone ho early in the morning to fetch the marriage certificate.
Of course, she wouldn’t know now that even though Jas actually did present the marriage certificate, nobody believed it.
After Shirley Young’s statent was released, as Jane surmised, indeed quite a few of Young’s fans berated him for deceiving them.
However, Jane thought, in reality, over the many years, Shirley Young had never ntioned whether he was married in any interview, nor had he ever told anyone he was single.
Fanatical fans cursed out Shirley Young on Twitter and then unfollowed him, but Young’s sense of duty as a husband also won him a new batch of fans.
Shirley Young’s company’s Public Relations team wasn’t to be underestimated either. In just two days, he gained a new persona as a good father and husband, and fans who still liked Young began to wish him and his family happiness and bliss.
Indeed, Shirley Young wasn’t young anymore, and normally at his age, he’d be expected to have a wife and children. Many fans, upon seeing Young’s statent, actually comnted that they were relieved to know he was married with a family. They said with Shirley undergoing the rigors of filming, it was reassuring that he had a caring wife at ho looking after him and a cute little bundle to keep him company. As fans, they were happy for Shirley himself.
Jane observed Shirley Young and, seeing that he wasn’t at all affected by the nasty comnts online, she too breathed a sigh of relief.
If it were as Jas had surmised at first, that this whole incident had originally targeted her, then Shirley Young would indeed be the most innocent party involved.
