Jas Black, his hair still dripping water, stood in the doorway, staring at Jane Sampson, who was laughing like a little fox. Honestly, Jane Sampson was really more suited to lying in bed playing with her mobile phone.
Of course, lying in bed like a dead body would be better than being this dostic.
"Aren’t you going to drink? It’s really good, sweet and sour." Jane said while taking a sip to show Jas.
After swallowing it, she smacked her lips, raised her eyes to look at Jas, then slowly brought the cup to her mouth again and took another sip.
It was indeed very tasty, and Jane was quite confident in her own handiwork.
"I didn’t drink wine," Jas said as he walked past Jane, then took a clean towel to dry his hair, while counter-asking, "Didn’t you already know that just now?"
"You definitely drank," Jane’s attitude this ti was completely different from before. If he hadn’t been drinking, would this guy be so easy to talk to?
Jas turned his head to glance at Jane and, to his surprise, when he turned back, he saw her taking another sip. In the few seconds it took him to turn around, the water in her cup was already half gone.
"..." Jas raised an eyebrow, amused by her eagerness.
"Jane Sampson," Jas said, calling her full na. When she responded with a distracted "hmm?" while sniffing at the cup, he reached out and took the cup from in front of her face.
When Jane looked up at him, he tilted his head back and finished off the remaining half cup in one gulp. eting Jane’s astonished gaze, Jas handed the empty cup back to her, nonchalantly saying, "Wasn’t it prepared for ?"
Jane held back a laugh, and it took her a mont to say, "Yes."
A few seconds later, she muttered discontentedly, "Didn’t even leave a sip for ."
Annoying, really.
Jane swayed the empty cup as she left the bedroom. Jas had finished blow-drying his hair and was still waiting for her to return. After putting away the hairdryer, he left the bedroom to check and, hearing noises from the kitchen, he headed there.
"What are you doing?" Jas asked as he approached Jane from behind.
"I’m making so more lemon honey water to keep in the fridge so I can drink it tomorrow morning," Jane explained, putting the stuff inside the fridge and clapping her hands, "All set."
After closing the refrigerator door, she turned around to see Jas standing in her way, gave him a gentle push, and whispered, "Move over, I need to get out."
After she finished, she looked up at Jas, "Do you need to get sothing?"
Jas glanced at Jane, then took her hand and led her back to the bedroom, closing the kitchen door.
"What ti is your flight tomorrow morning?" Jas casually inquired as he closed the bedroom door.
"Nine o’clock," Jane responded instinctively, then curiously added, "How did you know about my flight tomorrow morning?"
She rembered that she hadn’t ntioned her travel plans for tomorrow to Jas. So, how did he know?
"I’ll take you to the airport tomorrow morning," Jas naturally wouldn’t tell Jane that he knew every detail of her upcoming schedule and whereabouts.
He didn’t expect Jane to tell him about every place she went to, so he naturally went to ask Rock Bell.
After Jas finished speaking, he lifted the quilt and lay down first, then opened Jane’s side of the quilt and turned to look at her standing next to the bed, staring at him, "Are you not coming up, planning to sleep standing up tonight?"
