John Young could be described as quite a willful person; at the start of the interview, the seating arrangents were entirely based on his preferences.
John Young left the center seats for the four leading actors while he took a spot a bit off to the side, with Jane Sampson to his left and Jas Carter to his right.
Personnel had invited John Young to sit in the center twice, but he refused both tis. Seeing that Jas Carter didn’t say anything, Jane didn’t bother to interfere.
As agreed upon at the beginning, the interview primarily focused on the leading actors. As for Jane and Jas Carter, the questions were simply about individual inspirations for songwriting, followed by additional questions about their expectations and opinions on this drama.
For the latter question, Jane let Jas Carter answer. A person who had not seriously understood the drama and had been reborn before it was broadcast had no right to comnt.
The interview was recorded; the actual recording lasted only about forty minutes, and after the recording was done, a few shots were retaken for the leading actors, but everything wrapped up smoothly just before 5:30.
John Young and Jas Carter were discussing dinner plans with Jane when Ella Ruby saw the three talking and hurriedly cleaned up her stuff and headed over there. From a distance, she called out to Jane, "Little Jane, let’s find a place to eat together, shall we? While we eat, let’s take a couple of photos to make Hibiscus Wood and Mair Williams envious. Among the four of us, we’re the fastest to reunite."
"When making dinner plans, there should be so order," John Young said with a glance at Ella, his tone clearly displeased. To him, Ella coming over to say this at this ti was no different from stealing people from under his nose.
"That’s true, but it’s rare for little Jane and to et up. So, how about this, Director Young and Mr. Carter, would you give a chance to treat all three of you to a al? That way little Jane won’t have to worry about being spread too thin, right?" Ella walked over cheerfully and stood next to Jane while speaking, and casually linked arms with Jane, projecting a very close relationship.
"Sorry, Brother Young, Mr. Carter, I have other plans tonight. I’ll be here for several days. Our get-together isn’t urgent just for one night, right?" Jane smiled helplessly, "You know, this ti... ."
As informants, John Young and Jas Carter imdiately understood. Jane Sampson’s husband ca with her this ti, so Jane’s other plans for the evening were likely to have dinner with her husband.
"That’s fair," John Young ca to his senses and nodded imdiately, "Alright then, you head back first, and we’ll reschedule for another day."
After speaking, John Young patted Jas Carter and swiftly turned to leave, saying as they walked, "You haven’t been here before, right? I know a vegetable restaurant that’s really good. I’ll take you there tonight."
Jas Carter made sure to wave goodbye to Jane before leaving, and as Jane pulled her hand away from Ella, she shook it at Jas, turning her head to say, "Sorry, as you heard just now, I have other plans tonight. Next ti we have a chance, I’ll treat you to a al."
Having said that, Jane pretended to be rushed for ti and called out to Coco Edwards, "Ti’s about up, right? Let’s go."
After that, Jane and Ella exchanged an embarrassed smile and, arm-in-arm with Coco, they directly left.
