"Ah! Who’s there!" Jane Sampson quickly ducked back into the entryway, nearly bolting out the door.
"Jane Sampson, get in here!" Jas Black’s voice suddenly ca through, harsh and rigid.
"Jas Black?" Jane imdiately recognized the voice and realized that the man sitting there was indeed wearing a team uniform.
The mont Jane saw it was Jas, she instinctively smiled, her happiness so palpable she couldn’t hide it. "How co you’re back all of a sudden?"
While asking cheerily, Jane was about to throw herself at Jas, but...
Halfway there, Jane suddenly stopped in her tracks.
His tone from just now when he called her over replayed in her mind.
Jane took a few steps back.
She wondered to herself if she had done sothing to anger him today.
Today, she had been quite well-behaved, hadn’t she?
She hadn’t sneaked any snacks.
She hadn’t snuck any potato chips either.
But why did this guy look as if he was particularly angry?
"Jas Black, did you co back early especially to surprise ?" Jane stood there, hesitating to move any closer, instead she tried to probe, "Were you planning to spend Valentine’s Day with from the first mont it started?"
"What do you think?" Jas replied coldly.
Jane felt her heart skip a beat, and a warning light went on.
That was a question laced with a threat.
"Or did you bring a Valentine’s Day cake?" Jane thought it prudent to prepare for the possibility of spending the night at a hotel under the uncertain circumstances.
"You wish," snorted Jas.
After saying that, Jas stood up.
Seeing him move, Jane quickly grabbed her purse and, wearing her slippers, turned to flee.
But Jane was fast, Jas was faster.
Before she could make it out the main gate, Jas had already reached out and grabbed her.
With a yank, Jane was forcibly pulled back by Jas.
"Run for what?" Jas closed the door with a loud bang.
"I wasn’t trying to run, but you look like you’re about to eat soone—I just got a strong survival instinct," Jane struggled to swallow.
Although she didn’t know precisely why to run, at that mont, Jane’s female intuition told her she had to.
But what to do? She couldn’t outrun him, and she hadn’t made her escape.
Jane bit her lip and approached Jas cautiously and carefully, lightly poking his chest with her finger, whispering, "Are you unhappy? Why are you unhappy?"
Jas’s eyes were fixed on Jane’s face, observing her lips reddened with lipstick, hearing her clueless inquiry about his anger.
Jas’s grip on Jane’s hand tightened slightly.
Why was he angry?
His wife was enjoying the sight of other n—how could he not be angry?
He was more than angry; he was significantly angry.
"Jane Sampson, do those young guys have such good bodies that they captivated you?" After asking, Jas sneered, "Compared to your man, who do you think looks better?"

"You! You! Definitely you!" Although she didn’t understand the question, she knew without hesitation what to answer to avoid getting dealt with at this ti.
"Then you’ll get your fill of looking tonight!" Jas said, and then he began to undo his buttons.
Jane was taken aback once again.
She quickly grabbed onto Jas’s clothes, "Jas Black, we need to talk, we really need to—before carrying out a death sentence, you’ve got to know what the cri is!"
