"What are you doing?" Jas Black walked over, picked up the perfu she had placed on the bed, and set it on her dressing table before returning to sit down by her side.
"Experiencing the life of this perfu," Jane Sampson replied artistically.
"Heh." Jas Black turned the person lying down over.
Jane Sampson pursed her lips, her eyebrows knitted slightly as if she was sowhat unhappy about Jas Black pulling at her.
But when Jas Black pulled her up, she glanced at him and dared not to say anything. Instead, she asked him, "How does it sll?"
"Not bad." At least to Jas Black, it seed quite nice.
"This perfu is translated into Chinese as Dream River’s Sumr," Jane Sampson leaned towards Jas Black and grinned, "Isn’t the na especially nice-sounding?"
"Are you going to recomnd it to your fans again?" Jas Black flicked Jane Sampson’s forehead with his hand, "Aren’t you afraid it’ll sell out again?"
"Not afraid," Jane Sampson shook her head, "This brand’s perfus aren’t cheap, and they’re not sold dostically, unlike the body lotion."
After all, a bottle of perfu can be used for a long ti since Jane Sampson wasn’t the type to wear perfu every day, only occasionally when she felt like it.
Since it was Sunday, Jane Sampson drove Jas Black back to the guard team when it wasn’t too hot. In the evening, she cooked a al, and Peter Gingery ca bouncing over to have a al again.
During the al, Peter Gingery brought up last night’s gathering, "Sister Yvette Quick said she has already confird her teaching position at Capital Province University. Thomas Lancaster is still considering it, not sure yet, but anyway, he’ll stay in Capital Province for sure. It’s great that we’ll all be in Capital Province in the future."
Jas Black already knew these things that evening. Thomas Lancaster had a company and owned a considerable number of shares, so he was considering either going into business or teaching at the university.
Last night, when he heard about these matters from Thomas Lancaster and Yvette Quick, Jas Black was sowhat astonished, given that just the night before, he had heard about this couple from Jane Sampson.
At that ti, Jane Sampson blurted out that the couple was teaching at Capital Province University.
Jas Black was still astounded by Jane Sampson’s words until now.
Although Jane Sampson later claid she was talking nonsense and had made an error, her speculative comnt regarding Yvette Quick’s job was correct, at least for the ti being.
In his heart, Jas Black even faintly felt that Thomas Lancaster might eventually choose to teach at Capital Province University.
While Jane Sampson and Peter Gingery were chatting away happily, Jas Black was always a man of few words, so it wasn’t strange to them that he ate his al quietly without speaking.
"Last night, Old Watson also told he’s thinking of trying to transfer to the Capital Province police station next year," Jane Sampson picked up where Peter Gingery left off. "He said if he can’t make it in the police force, I should give him a hand and get him into the circle. He said he could beco the hottest singer, which absolutely cracked up."
"Didn’t he also brag about his good looks, saying even if he weren’t a singer, his looks alone could make him the hottest guy? Shalessly so," Peter Gingery smirked as he spoke of Old Watson, which naturally reminded him of Jane Sampson getting drunk last night.
Then he said, "Speaking of which, little Jane, why are you so adorable when you’re drunk?"
Peter Gingery had stayed at the Black Family ho last night. When he got ho, his mom and dad were just arriving as well, so he had heard about Jane Sampson’s drunken antics from them.
