As for Asher himself, throughout the past few hours, Asher had turned the swamp forest into an apocalypse as it reeked of nothing but blood, death, destruction, and scattered corpses that painted the entire swamp forest.

After unlocking his Astra energy and two of his affinities, Asher had gone on a rampage. He traversed every inch and corner in search of anything Rank 3 and above, and the mont he found any, he sent them to their maker. There was no reason to take things slowly, so he simply had his fun.

Asher had expected to find more Grave-class Monsters or Rank 6 Emovirae and have so more fun. But it seed the Inter-Empire Competition wasn’t that generous, as Asher had only found two more, which he played around with for a bit before tearing a hole through their chests with a thrust of his rapier.

And after killing everything the swamp forest had to offer, Asher simply left. At this mont, his current location was what seed to be a sort of deserted dry land filled with various canyons. Towering jagged rocky pillars rose toward the sky as though they were so sort of olden obelisks, their numbers stretching into the hundreds. Rocky gorges, chasms, ravines, and sinkhole basins littered the landscape together with a few mountains here and there.

But by the ti he had arrived, it was already night, so he didn’t bother going around looking for anything else to kill in order to earn points. Besides, his current point balance was simply too... ridiculous, to the point that Asher wondered if the rest were even trying. Although so tried to keep up, in the end, they could only try.

And since night had fallen, Asher had to find a place to stay just like everybody else. Well, technically, he didn’t need to look for a place to stay because he had with him a luxury tent, which was tucked away within his system inventory.

During months of back-to-back missions at Star Academy, it was only natural that Asher had a tent with him. But not just any tent, rather a luxurious one, the type used by Kings and Emperors when they went on expeditions and similar ventures. Of course, Asher hadn’t bought it. He had simply gone to the Wargrave Estate and taken one. After all, why waste precious Academy Points that could be spent on training on such things?

So Asher only needed to find a perfect place to set up his tent, as he didn’t exactly want to pitch it in the open and risk being attacked. Of course, he could fight off whatever ca at him in the dead of night, but sleep was precious. There was a ti for battle and a ti for rest.

Within the luxury tent, Asher ate as he pressed his phone. At this mont, he was reading about the Inter-Empire Competition and also watching a few clips that had been uploaded online. Above his head hung a bulb that illuminated the tent, not too brightly, but enough to see clearly while avoiding drawing unnecessary attention. Beside him were a few shelves holding books one could read, while at the side stood a luxurious bed that even the Positive Zones couldn’t provide.

Asher saw his battle against the Grave-class Monsters trending at numbers one and two, alongside various other geniuses whose clips were also gaining attention. Finch held the number three trending spot as people endlessly discussed what they could accomplish if they possessed his type of luck.

Asher couldn’t help but sigh after seeing this. He couldn’t help but reason that, as the transmigrator of this world, he should possess at least a bit of luck, right? Yet he hadn’t even encountered a single point giving Positive Zone.

Asher would have thought that Finch was the protagonist of this world if not for the fact that he didn’t possess ridiculous talent like William and Ryaen.

Although people had already been rendered speechless by Finch’s current situation, as the boy had sohow found a bed and a al at the perfect ti, which just so happened to be during the night.

That, however, paled in comparison when they saw Asher living like a King, eating and scrolling through his phone as though he were rely a spectator watching the competition from the sidelines. His level of comfort was sothing not even Finch’s luck could provide. Their lips simply twitched at the scene as various posts were made online. Asher saw the posts but ignored them.

After he was done eating, Asher took a bath to wash away the day’s stress, climbed into bed, turned off the lights, then created a clone that was in charge of rendering the luxury tent invisible through the manipulation of light photons.

Yes, at this point, Asher had already unlocked his Gravity and Light affinities. With the amount of points he had, spending four thousand (4000) was practically nothing.

Morning ca, and Asher went through his usual routine. He cancelled his clone as he prepared to begin the second day of the Inter-Empire Competition.

But first, he decided to look at the point rankings. It was already 9 a.m., aning he had overslept. Others were already hustling for points while he had slept like a baby.

The points every student possessed at this mont, on the second day of the Inter-Empire Competition, were nothing compared to the amount of points they had possessed yesterday, during the first day of the competition.

At this point, almost everyone had already spent points to unlock their abilities and Astra energy. And with that, the number of points everyone could earn each hour exploded as their combat power increased. The list was simply insane.

And of course, the nas on the list had changed. Well, they were technically the sa nas, but their rankings had shifted. Aside from the 10th rank, which seed to change every hour as those ranked from 10th to 15th constantly fought for the position.

Asher sat at a whopping fifty-seven thousand nine hundred (57,900) points, which was only natural given that he had quite literally destroyed every lifeform within the swamp forest. All of those kills had accumulated into such a massive total, and that was after subtracting four thousand (4000) points.

After gazing at the rankings for a while, Asher simply dismissed them. The rankings were going to change again within the hour anyway. After all, everyone was hot on everyone else’s heels at this mont.

But even within the top ten, differences in power existed. After all, the points everyone possessed clearly reflected that fact. Although each person’s total was certainly influenced by their location, such as how many Monsters and Emovirae inhabited the area.

Although Finch and those occupying the lower ranks currently possessed relatively low point totals, from today onward, every single one of them would possess thousands more. As for Asher, he simply mused that by then his own points might already be edging toward one million.

After all, the second day had only just begun, and he had absolutely no intention of slowing down.
