The boy and girl walked towards the dormitories.
Hino Yuki slightly raised her head, her face showing hesitation for a mont, but she ultimately couldn't resist speaking.
"Takada-san, why did you suggest to the Student Council President to strengthen the regulations on violent behavior?"
The audience watching the ani in the real world wasn't aware of the demands Takada Hikaru made. But Hino Yuki, who was present, clearly heard what he requested from Horikita Manabu.
To strengthen the penalties for violence, provocation, and similar behaviors. For example, what might have originally been a one-week suspension and a 10 Class Point deduction for fighting, could now beco a one-month suspension and a 50 Class Point deduction, with possible additional penalties on private points.
Furthermore, if it was a mutual fight, the party deed to be the provocateur would receive a more severe punishnt. If that person not only provoked but also made the first move, the punishnt would be even heavier on top of the original.
Hino Yuki couldn't understand. Having finally caught the Student Council President with a handle, he should have taken the opportunity to extort him. But Takada Hikaru only asked him to strengthen the supervision and penalties for violent and provocative behaviors, which was baffling.
Takada Hikaru had long known she would be puzzled, and unhurriedly asked her a question, "Do you know Ryūen Kakeru from Class 1-C?"
"Uh..."
Hino Yuki was montarily stunned, then shook her head. "No, I don't."
She rarely paid attention to matters outside her class, so she had never heard of Ryūen Kakeru.
Takada Hikaru said, "Ryūen Kakeru is the leader of Class 1-C, ruling the class through violence. This school's tolerance for violence is higher than you imagine. If we don't take precautions beforehand, our class could very likely be dragged down by Ryūen Kakeru."
In the original series, Ryūen Kakeru targeted the original Class B, leading Class 1-C into many conflicts with them. Class B, facing this offensive, was largely unable to retaliate and lost a considerable number of class points.
After the midterm exams, even though every class should have received 100 class points from the school, the original Class B and Class C remained stagnant, with almost no increase.
Seeing that Class B in the original series couldn't resolve Ryūen Kakeru's offensive, Takada Hikaru knew this was his chance to prove himself.
Originally, he had thought of going through official channels to the Student Council, spending so private points to request a modification of these rules. But since he happened to stumble upon Horikita Manabu bullying his sister, he simply made the request to Horikita Manabu on the spot.
As for the points required to change the school rules, he naturally made Horikita Manabu pay for them.
"So, you did this for the sake of the class?"
Upon hearing what he said, Hino Yuki's eyes brightened slightly, and a faint smile appeared on her face.
She knew that Takada Hikaru only said he didn't care about the class. But if anything happened to the class, he would definitely step in to help.
Just like this ti, Ryūen Kakeru of Class 1-C hadn't even made a move yet, and he had already requested the Student Council President to and the school rules, effectively disarming his opponent.
"I actually have other motives, the class is just a bonus."
"Since Takada-san said so, then I'll believe it." Hino Yuki's lips pursed slightly.
In her opinion, this was just Takada Hikaru being stubborn.
But in reality, Takada Hikaru truly had other thoughts. Anticipating Ryūen Kakeru's actions beforehand, and while others in the class were struggling with how to deal with Ryūen Kakeru's offensive, he had already thought of a solution and made preparations with ease.
If the audience knew about this, it would certainly boost his popularity.
As for the class, it was indeed just a bonus.
—
Night.
Upper floors of the student dormitories.
In front of Ichinose Honami's room.
Hino Yuki stood quietly in the corridor, her eyes gazing absently at the distant, star-studded night sky.
A gentle breeze blew, stirring her purple twin-tail hair, but it couldn't carry away her lancholy.
'Do I really have to tell Ichinose-san about these things?'
Hino Yuki rested her chin on her hand, recalling what Takada Hikaru had said before they parted.
Her thoughts leaned more towards rationality and practicality. If she could give Ichinose Honami advice, the class would beco even stronger.
Hino Yuki felt she wasn't that amazing, but Takada Hikaru had no reason to deceive her, so she could only take it seriously for now.
"I hope Ichinose-san won't dislike ."
Hino Yuki muttered softly.
"Oh, why would I dislike Hino-san?" A lively girl's voice sounded from behind.
Hino Yuki was startled and quickly turned around, seeing a girl with pink hair.
"I-Ichinose-san... you misunderstood, I wasn't saying anything bad about you."
Communicating alone with the most popular student in class, Hino Yuki was a bit nervous.
Noticing Hino Yuki's slightly incoherent speech, Ichinose Honami said with a smile, "Hino-san, you don't need to be afraid. I trust you, you know."
It wasn't that she trusted Hino Yuki wasn't speaking ill of her. It was simply that she trusted Hino Yuki's words.
Hearing Ichinose Honami's comfort, the sowhat languid Yuki finally cald down and said with a touch of embarrassnt, "Sorry, you saw make a fool of myself."
She had been ntally preparing herself since earlier, even thinking about what kind of opening line to use when eting Ichinose Honami. But upon encountering Ichinose Honami, she couldn't rember anything, and all her preparations went to waste.
"Speaking of which, doesn't Hino-san have migraines?"
Ichinose Honami blinked, saying with so concern, "It's best not to stay out in the wind, it's better to get so rest early."
Just as she said, she trusted Hino Yuki. Since Hino Yuki said she had migraines, she naturally wouldn't doubt it, but instead would worry about her health.
Hearing the words of concern, Hino Yuki quickly shook her head and explained, "Ichinose-san, actually, I don't have any so-called migraines at all. I just pretended to have a headache to avoid gatherings. In reality, there's nothing wrong with at all."
She really wanted to go back to her own dormitory like this. But thinking that her suggestion might actually help the class, she chose to continue standing in front of Ichinose Honami.
"Ichinose Honami, I have sothing I want to tell you."
Hino Yuki took a deep breath, gathered her courage, and said with a stiff upper lip, "Regarding class matters, I have other ideas that I want to discuss with you."
"Class matters?"
Ichinose Honami, though sowhat puzzled, returned a bright smile. "Hino-san, just call Honami, okay? It's quite windy outside, let's go back to the dorm to talk."
