From the stage, Gu Anxi silently watched them leave. As Wang Keru reached the doorway of the hall, she turned her head, her gaze eting Gu Anxi’s. She offered a small smile, then departed with an air of nonchalant grace.

Wang Keru’s head struck sothing as she fell. Shaking off the dizziness, she sat up and stared at Qin Han with a cold sneer. "Is that so? Then I should thank you for the complint, Mr. Qin. When it cos to shalessness, I’m not even a tenth of what you are!"
Qin Han was enraged. He stord over, grabbed her shoulders, and slapped her hard across the face. "You dare talk back to ? You dare?! Do you have any idea who provides the food you eat, the water you drink? The clothes you wear, the jewelry you adorn yourself with—I earned every bit of it! What right do you have to speak to like this, huh? Who gave you the nerve? Gu Anxi?"
