Imdiately, Gu Anxi heaved a light cough. "Actually, there are still so areas where I’m lacking."
"So?" Her young uncle gave a faint smile, his expression pleasant and refreshing.
Gu Anxi nodded earnestly. "I still need Professor Bo to tutor ."
Professor Bo gave a light smile, exuding the aura of an educator.

That night, Wang Keru recounted the day’s events to Granny Chen (Gu Rong). Granny Chen dismissed them lightly, "Those are just Anxi’s basic skills."
Wang Keru looked expectantly at Granny Chen. "Is there... anything else I don’t know about?"
Granny Chen, however, switched the topic. "Where is Anxi?"
Wang Keru’s expression beca suspicious as she stamred, "Sh-she’s with Xichen, discussing things... or perhaps having a tutoring session!"
After speaking, she cautiously glanced at Granny Chen, feeling as if her life was becoming unmanageable.
Granny Chen was now the de facto head of the household, and Wang Keru felt like a grandchild under her authority. It was much more enjoyable to accompany Anxi to school, where the awe and envy in people’s eyes were palpable.
When Wang Keru finished, Granny Chen scoffed, "Tutoring what! You’re being far too naive."
Wang Keru had heard that Granny Chen was from the Gu family of Beicheng and of a generation senior to even Gu Ning, so she was quite afraid of her. She complained plaintively, "Xichen’s parents ntioned they’ll be visiting Qingcheng in a few days. That... how can I manage Anxi now! Xichen is practically in charge of her."

Wang Keru was stunned. She only regained her senses as the host when Granny Chen took the initiative to clear the dinner table.
Back in her upstairs bedroom, everything was as usual.
Wang Keru had offered to bring Gu Yuntian ho so she could care for him, but Gu Anxi said the hospital had better facilities and more professional nurses. Wang Keru hadn’t insisted further, rely visiting him daily to talk.
Just as she was lost in thought, Qin Han called.
Wang Keru stared at the phone for a mont before answering, her voice cold, "What is it?"
Qin Han’s voice was grave on the other end. "Keru, let ask you one last ti: are you absolutely set on this divorce?"
"Of course," Wang Keru said firmly. "I believe I’ve made myself perfectly clear."
Qin Han scoffed. "You think moving back to the Gu family’s villa and having a daughter like Gu Anxi changes anything? Bi Shui Yun Tian will sooner or later belong to the Qin family. Besides, Gu Anxi probably isn’t even your biological daughter. Even if she becos wildly successful, what good will that do you? Keru, you need to be more realistic."
Wang Keru laughed coldly. "Do you think our Anxi is as heartless and ungrateful as you, Qin Han? We’ll see each other in court."
With that, she hung up.
On the other end, Qin Han’s eyes narrowed as he stared at his phone for a long mont.
Qin Siling, standing nearby, looked sowhat anxious. "Dad, how did it go? Did she change her mind?"
Qin Han shook his head.
Qin Siling heaved a long sigh. "What happened at school today hit Si Yuan hard. I never imagined Gu Anxi had that kind of ability."
"Just ’so ability’?" Qin Han shot her a look, then narrowed his eyes. "Once we get our hands on Bi Shui Yun Tian, we’ll need a chemistry genius. That’s how we’ll make the real fortune!"
Qin Siling’s eyes widened. "Dad, are you saying Bi Shui Yun Tian holds so secret?"
Qin Han chuckled softly. "Otherwise, why would the Qin family go to such lengths to obtain it?"
A strange light flickered in Qin Siling’s eyes. So, that car accident all those years ago... it wasn’t an accident after all?
