Gu Mingzhu scread, "What are you doing!"
Hands were tearing at her, and there was that rank, stinking male sll. She cried, sobbing and screaming.
Wang Kefu drawled lazily, "Alright, alright, stop bullying the little girl."
Then he asked in a very affable tone, "So, little niece, have you thought it through?"
Gu Mingzhu’s little face was covered in tears. Just now, she’d suddenly thought of Qin Siyuan.
If... if it really happened, Qin Siyuan wouldn’t like her anymore, would he? Even she herself wouldn’t be able to like herself.
She sobbed, curling up there without making a sound.
Wang Kefu actually crouched down, patted her little head in a very doting way. "Have you thought it through? Uncle really cares about you, I don’t want anything bad happening to you, right? Think about it: you walk out of here in one piece, later you go back to Qingcheng with Qin Siyuan and live a sweet, happy life—how nice is that? Why insist on taking things so hard, right? All you have to do is make a call to Anxi and this whole thing is done. Uncle will let you go imdiately."
He coaxed her over and over, and Gu Mingzhu just kept huddling there crying.
Wang Kefu added, "Don’t cry. Nothing’s actually happened to you yet. We just touched a few hairs on your head and you can’t handle it already?"
Gu Mingzhu lifted her eyes and suddenly slapped him—hard.
The slap left Wang Kefu a bit dazed; it took him quite a while to co back to his senses.
When he finally snapped out of it, his n were about to teach Gu Mingzhu a lesson, but he stopped them and said lightly, "It’s fine. Little girls are always a bit spoiled."
Then he looked at Gu Mingzhu. "Once you’ve thought it through, make the call. Uncle’s patience isn’t that great, hmm?"
With that, he shoved a phone into her hand.
Gu Mingzhu knocked his hand away; he patiently put the phone back into her hand, and in the end she still dialed.
She dialed Gu Anxi’s number.
Gu Anxi picked up. "Mingzhu?"
Hearing her voice, Gu Mingzhu broke down crying. "Anxi, co save , quick. They’re going to... do that to ."
Gu Anxi was in the middle of lunch. Her knife and fork scraped an ugly sound across the plate. She said very softly, "Put the phone on with your eldest uncle."
Gu Mingzhu threw the phone at Wang Kefu, like she was afraid to touch him for even a second longer.
Wang Kefu got the phone and cleared his throat. "Anxi, this is a misunderstanding, all of it’s a misunderstanding. Mingzhu is my guest here. The mountains are nice, the water’s nice, the scenery’s even better, and there are two handso guys keeping her company. Don’t you worry, I’ll send her back in a few days without a hair missing, alright? It’s just that you need to keep your uncle’s little matter in mind."
Gu Anxi kept eating her steak and made a noncommittal sound, then said offhandedly, "Handso guys, huh, sounds good. Uncle, how about this: since you’re entertaining my little sister, I’ll entertain your wife and son. Auntie and Xiao Chen are here with . However you’re entertaining Mingzhu, I’ll give Auntie the full package first and then Xiao Chen. Pretty good deal, right? Buy one, get one free."
Wang Kefu’s voice trembled. "What did you say? You took your aunt and Xiao Chen?"
"Don’t say ’took,’ that sounds so ugly. We’re family; families should be together. This is called hosting guests." Gu Anxi said cheerfully, "Alright, that’s all. I’m going to go entertain them now. Bye, Uncle..."
On the other end, Wang Kefu was about to explode from rage.
This Gu Anxi was truly vicious.
After he hung up, his expression turned complicated. Shen Wanqing didn’t understand what was going on and snapped, "What are you all standing around for? Get over here."
She just didn’t believe she couldn’t deal with Gu Anxi.
But as soon as she shouted, Wang Kefu swung a slap across her face. "You stupid bitch, your husband and kid are in her hands."
Shen Wanqing was stunned.
She covered her face and stared at Wang Kefu. "You hit ."
Wang Kefu swallowed hard. "Yeah, I hit you. I’ll write you a check later."
He waved his hand. "Let’s go, let’s go, take her with us."
He was scared of that brat Anxi now. Gu Mingzhu was dispensable to him, but his son was his precious treasure—he couldn’t let anything happen to the boy...
On the other side, Gu Anxi chuckled softly and dialed another number. "Siyuan, keep an eye on my aunt and Xiao Chen. I’ll be there in a bit."
