"Jaya, I appreciate your opinion. Cindy and Diana, I think she has earned the right to speak in the eting, what do you guys think?" A good leader has to reward subordinates who show initiative. Right now that was what I am supposed to be.

"Jaya well said. Boss, I agree with your decision." Cindy spoke in support of her boss's words. Yet she couldn't help but glare at Diana, she knew what was going on in here, Diana was slowly trying to plant the idea that Jaya would be a good addition to the pleasure card project.
