The red-clad woman's right hand lifted, and pink flas imdiately flew out.

Instantly engulfing the house right in front.

An elder in black slowly appeared from the house.

"Human Immortal, does this matter concern you? Why do you ddle?" The black-clad elder reluctantly questioned the red-clad woman.

"Yellow Springs Book? Deceitful Technique?"

The red-clad woman saw through their tricks in a glance.

Then she curled her lips slightly, revealing a smile.

"So you seek my help, huh!"

Thinking of Mo Lin actually seeking her assistance, the smile at the corner of the red-clad woman's mouth was barely concealed.

She looked around the courtyard with great interest.

Soon she noticed a floating piece of white paper about a ter wide in the yard.

Within the paper, several ink-colored figures were moving.

Mo Lin was among them.

Watching Mo Lin's awkward appearance within the white paper, she felt a bit smug.

But the mont she saw Mo Lin injured, the smile on the red-clad woman's face imdiately disappeared.

Replaced with a face full of killing intent.

The elder in black didn't dare speak much the entire ti.

This Human Immortal, not knowing what was happening.

Laughing one mont, then showing killing intent the next.

"Human Immortal, may I ask, is Mo Lin your friend?" The black-clad elder respectfully asked the red-clad woman.

"No." The red-clad woman replied to the elder decisively.

"Since he's not your friend, then we should have no issue killing him, right?"

Just as the elder finished speaking.

The next mont, pink flas imdiately enveloped his surroundings.

Atop the flas appeared a gigantic pink flaming figure.

Almost resembling the Fire God.

His massive figure hovered mid-air, right hand covering the elder's location.

The black-clad elder was imdiately terrified, sweat breaking out on his forehead.

"Human Immortal, since this man isn't your friend, why rescue him?" The elder resentfully questioned the red-clad woman.

The airborne flaming hand slowly descended towards the elder.

Smashing him to death directly with a palm strike.

"He seeks my aid; I must protect him."

The red-clad woman thought for a mont, shaking her head and said again: "Actually, I just don't want Mo Lin dead."

After which she swung her hand, sending pink flas down upon the white paper in the courtyard.

Completely destroying the entire white paper.

The red-clad woman hesitated, unsure of the attitude she should take to et Mo Lin.

Angry?

Happy?

A bit conflicted, so she decided not to see Mo Lin and turned to leave directly.

Soon after, Mo Lin erged from the white paper.

When Mo Lin opened his eyes, he had already returned to the real world.

Furthermore, Mo Lin's Daoist Skill could now be utilized.

The ground had remnants of the white paper not completely burned.

Flower Fox Mink lay on Mo Lin's shoulder.

"Did I escape?" Mo Lin uncertainly asked Flower Fox Mink.

"You did; this is the real world; soone saved you."

Mo Lin looked up, unable to see the red-clad woman's figure anymore.

Yet Mo Lin knew well; only she would rescue him.

In the sky, a pink hair ribbon gently floated down; Mo Lin raised a hand, catching the red ribbon directly in his palm.

This was left for him by that person.

"Ca but didn't see ?" Mo Lin remarked to the sky.

Then Mo Lin's eyes glinted coldly.

If not for that intervening, Mo Lin might truly have been in danger.

"Flower Fox Mink senior, who do you think wants dead?"

"Soone possessing the Yellow Springs Book, or soone in Yunzhou wants you dead."

Flower Fox Mink glanced around and said to Mo Lin again: "This ti, it wasn't soone with the Yellow Springs Book acting directly; soone sought a Deceit Talisman and trapped you within."

"Alright, I understand." Mo Lin nodded, then proceeded to Yunzhou Prefecture.

Yunzhou Prefecture is where Yunzhou's people are managed.

....

Yunzhou Prefecture.

A woman dressed in white clothes had her forehead beaded with sweat.

Facing the person appearing before her, she was unsure how to deal with them.

"Jingxin, quickly bring out the item." A burly man shouted at the woman ahead.

The woman was clad in white clothes, wearing sports shoes, backing away.

"That item was ant for Lord Mo Lin," Jingxin quietly stated.

"Aren't you aware of Mo Lin's situation? He's already dead," the burly man shouted at Jingxin.

Jingxin frowned, "That item cannot be given to you."

That item was ant for Mo Lin, definitely not for these people.

After all, these people are Evil Cultivators.

If that item was given to them, the consequences would be unimaginable.

Fang Liu gradually grew impatient, shouting at Jingxin.

"Quickly hand over the Yunzhou Map, or don't bla for taking action."

Killing intent flashed deep within Fang Liu's eyes.

"Jingxin, you've been in Yunzhou for many years, be sensible, hand over the item."

"You cannot protect the Yunzhou Map, just give it up."

Several others urged Jingxin.

Everyone was advising Jingxin to hand over the Yunzhou Map.

Jingxin hesitated for a mont, stepping back.

She knew well she couldn't defeat these people.

But she couldn't hand over the Yunzhou Map.

Jingxin found herself in a predicant.

Fang Liu took a step forward, threatening Jingxin: "Bring out the Yunzhou Map."

With those words, Fang Liu took out a small paper figure to threaten again.

"If you refuse again, I'll turn you into a paper figure, torturing you day and night."

"No," Jingxin gritted her teeth, still refusing.

Inconsiderate.

Fang Liu directly attacked, drawing sothing on the small paper figure.

Then twisted the paper figure's arm.

At the sa ti, Jingxin's arm twisted as well.

"Ah..." Jingxin let out a scream.

Then Jingxin's right arm bent at ninety degrees, the bone fractured.

Her heartbreaking scream echoed in the air.

Pain swelled Jingxin's forehead with sweat drops.

"If you still don't give up the Yunzhou Map, I'll break your leg," Fang Liu threatened while twisting the paper figure.

Just as Jingxin hesitated, an unexpected event occurred.

A giant silver-white creature suddenly rushed into the room.

This creature with a body covered in white fur resembled a weasel.

Then directly swallowed Fang Liu whole.

Blood trickled down its teeth, dripping onto the ground.

Everyone in the room took a step back upon witnessing this scene.

"Immortal Pet, Flower Fox Mink?" A knowledgeable person identified the creature.

All around, people stepped back, revealing fearful expressions.

"I, Mo Lin, will take over Yunzhou."

Mo Lin appeared at a distance, speaking calmly.

Everyone present now focused their gaze on Mo Lin.

Witnessing Mo Lin alive and appearing at that mont, everyone's eyes showed astonishnt.

Before Mo Lin appeared, they all believed Mo Lin was certainly dead.

Unexpectedly, Mo Lin survived and returned.

Seeing Mo Lin arrive, Jingxin's eyes revealed a glimr of light.

"Lord Mo Lin, you've finally arrived," Jingxin imdiately recognized Mo Lin and called to him.

A man in black was preparing to sneak away.

"Stop, whoever tries to leave, I will kill them."

With Mo Lin's words, those who intended to leave stopped.

The atmosphere at the scene turned silent.
