Zhou Yun’s first reaction upon hearing about this from Wen Bing was: "You better not get involved in this, I’ve never liked her, you know that. She’s asking to make a movie? What for? Chen Wenjun asked to collaborate and I refused, what is she up to?"
Wen Bing chuckled at Zhou Yun’s words.
"Who knows? Maybe she got a project, and that’s why she’s all eager to reach out to you, hoping you’ll star in it," Wen Bing said. "If you star, it’ll be of great benefit to her. She managed to pull off sothing even Chen Wenjun couldn’t, that would be quite an accomplishnt she can boast about."
Zhou Yun caught the hint of sarcasm in Wen Bing’s words.
But Zhou Yun had seen his attitude towards another ex-girlfriend, so she knew Wen Bing was not the kind to mock and critique an ex once they broke up. It seed Windsor had really rubbed Wen Bing the wrong way over the past year.

"Yes." Zhou Yun didn’t deny it to Wen Bing and directly confird it, "Before, everyone said there was a strong chance for it to enter the main competition, but it ultimately didn’t. They wanted it for a special screening, and Sister Luo Qi and Director Xue weren’t happy."
"I see. I heard people talking about ’Falling Leaves’ being rejected by the Berlin International Film Festival, saying the film’s quality was diocre and hence got bounced back. You might want to pay attention to these rumors, lest they use it as a pretext."
"It won’t happen," Zhou Yun said. "I’m just an actress, even if they use it as a pretext, all they could say is I perford poorly. But the film hasn’t been released, so how can they make false claims?"
"With such matters, they can easily find an excuse to talk."
Wen Bing’s words turned out to be prophetic.
