After reviewing the recomndations above, Chen Chuan noted the final, crucial tip.
’The success rate for the Third Limit is estimated at thirty-five percent...’
He mulled it over. A chance of over one-third didn’t seem low, but it wasn’t particularly high either.
’However, this conclusion was based on my demonstrated physical fitness and ignored the Furnace Breathing thod. If I factor in the Furnace Breathing thod, plus the Second Self which can withstand the damage from dication, the success rate would undoubtedly be higher.’
Still, he wouldn’t ignore these recomndations. If there was a way to improve his physical self, he certainly didn’t want to miss it.
’Light-assisted training...’
This was sothing else he’d never heard of. He looked it up and quickly found an answer.
This light was called ’Radiant Light,’ a form of bioluminescence emitted by certain special creatures. Currently, in Central City, it was found in a unique species of deep-sea fish. However, acquiring this resource also required paynt. He checked the price: a minimum of four figures for a single hour of use. It was incredibly expensive.
Catching them himself was out of the question. The creatures weren’t a schooling species and required a specialized farming environnt and a diet of specific drugs to be gathered together to produce the desired effect. An ordinary person could never manage such a feat.
And that was just the official price. Because the resource was limited, you had to get in line even if you wanted to use it, and there was no guarantee you’d ever get a turn.
He felt this was beyond his reach for now, so he set the idea aside to consider in the future.
All in all, the entrance test had been well worth it. The recomndations were highly specific, showing him his weaknesses and the areas he needed to work on.
’And if I were to train on my own without following the recomndations...’
He did a quick search, and a dense list of recomnded courses imdiately appeared on the interface. The programs were extrely detailed; every type of mutated internal organ had a corresponding training thod.
Whenever he looked closely at a particular program, a new section would appear below. Based on his evaluation level, it displayed an estimate of the days required to master the program, the necessary dication, and the potential final results. Everything was clear at a glance.
And since it was all based on a massive amount of data, the projections were likely more accurate than the experiential judgnts of so instructors.
This didn’t an instructors were obsolete, however. When it ca to actual training, these evaluations could never replace hands-on guidance. The deeper understanding and mastery could only be known by soone who had truly practiced the techniques.
But these training thods weren’t suitable for him. They all started from a single, localized Mutated Organization and then delved deeper into one specific area. In contrast, he practiced the Circulation Technique, which focused on comprehensive balance and emphasized a holistic approach.
As he scrolled down, he discovered that the academy also offered consultations and recomndations for Fighters not enrolled in the school. For example, it provided several fixed learning templates where every step, detail, and even dication dosage was explicitly laid out.
This way, Fighters could simply follow the instructions. As long as they weren’t completely inept, while their potential wouldn’t be very high, they were guaranteed a decent baseline.
Here, he noticed a section on special training considerations involving the transplantation of Mutated Organizations.
His gaze paused. He quickly switched windows to look it up.
Transplanting a Mutated Organization ant taking one from another Fighter and grafting it onto oneself, thereby achieving a more complete set of Mutated Organizations.
Although the effects couldn’t compare to one’s own naturally developed, native organizations and there were certain side effects, it could indeed compensate for deficiencies in so Fighters’ training.
A note at the end specified that such procedures could only be perford under legally permissible conditions; private transplantation was a violation of governnt and corporate regulations.
He shook his head. Even with strict legal oversight, the very existence of this technology spoke volus.
After swiping that away, he moved on to the final item on his research list: dication. This was the part that concerned him most.
He looked and found that every dication had a price; none of them were free. The free quota provided at places like the Yangzhi Wuyi Academy didn’t exist here. While the price for a single dose didn’t seem too high, the cost would beco enormous once the quantities added up.
He thought for a mont. ’I’m not naturally talented, so I need far more dication than others. Even if I could afford it, the existence of these data records would be a problem.’
According to academy regulations, students were forbidden from selling dication for profit; violators would be expelled. If he purchased quantities several tis the normal amount, he would need to provide a reasonable explanation.
That would inevitably lead to an official inspection at the academy to verify his claims, which would be extrely troubleso. He had no desire to expose the true condition of his body.
Just then, a prompt popped up on the interface: "We’ve noticed your browsing history favors lower-priced dication. If you have insufficient funds for your purchase, we offer loan services. Students may select from the following options..."
Chen Chuan shook his head and swiped it away without a second thought.
’Still, I do need to figure out this dication issue...’
Obtaining dication through any official channel would leave a trail, so that wasn’t an option for him. However, he recalled seeing Central City’s official regulations prohibiting the private sale of dication.
’If there’s a ban, there must be a market. It’s impossible to stamp out completely; otherwise, the law would be pointless. This ans I can probably find another source. The price will definitely be different, but my purchases won’t be tracked.’
