"Ahhh~~~how the mighty have fallen..."
On a ruined battlefield, corpses lay strewn everywhere—beast, human, demon alike. The sheer number of bodies ford literal mountains, with rivers of blood carpeting the landscape, casting a grim hue over what once was a vibrant world. It resembled a scene pulled straight from a horror flick or soone’s worst nightmares.
A deep, sonorous voice echoed without end, as if it spoke from all angles across this hellish panorama.
"The mighty Regulus Von Draken, brought to his knees all because of a woman."
The speaker lood large—a ten-foot-tall humanoid with pitch-black skin, bulging veiny muscles, twisted black horns jutting from his skull, and bat-like wings that draped ominously behind him.
Regulus, the once-great warrior, now lay defeated, his breaths slowing, gazing into the distance with desperation. Beside him, his beloved and fierce warrior, overca with pain, looked towards their five-year-old son, whose wide eyes held both love and confusion. The boy watched his parents, sensing their struggles but anchored in their warmth—a warmth that would soon be extinguished.
With a final surge of strength, Regulus turned to his son. "Rember our love, my brave little one. You are our hope... our future."
As she lay beside him, her voice trembled, "We will always be with you, no matter what."
But darkness advanced. The monstrous figure stepped closer, an embodint of chaos and doom, demanding the ultimate sacrifice that would echo through generations. In that mont, the unthinkable happened. A surge of magic, wild and uncontrollable, erupted as the parents unleashed their final defense, a desperate attempt to protect the boy from the encroaching shadow.
Yet, their efforts fell short, a brilliant flash illuminating the bleakness for an instant before being snuffed out. In the aftermath, silence reigned, broken only by the fading heartbeat of love and the clenching grip of vengeance taking root in the heart of a child who would one day rise.
And thus, a new journey began, not rely of survival, but of retribution, marking the very beginning of an epic tale bound by love, loss, and the thirst for vengeance....
