At this mont, both combatants were in poor shape. The black monster was covered in wounds, large and small, and the Bone Spike on its right elbow had broken off again, leaving a clean break. Chen Yu was in a similar state; his robes were torn by the black Bone Spikes, and a ghastly wound on his right shoulder was so deep the bone was visible, with black qi churning over it.
"What’s this? Is this how you’re ’not going to spare ’? You, a Sect Master, are nothing special after all!" The black monster spat out a mouthful of black blood and flicked its right hand. The broken Bone Spike slowly grew back.
Chen Yu’s face darkened as he watched the black monster. Their strengths were evenly matched; neither could gain the upper hand. ’If I don’t use a killing blow,’ he thought, ’this fight might never end!’
"I told you, I will not spare you!" Chen Yu said coldly. He then took a deep breath, and a tyrannical aura erupted from him! He was about to risk it all!
Seeing the energy around Chen Yu distorting, the black monster spat lightly. It then watched with great interest as Chen Yu began to form a Seal Technique, showing no intention of retaliating.
WHOOSH...
The Seal Technique in Chen Yu’s hands moved faster and faster until, after a few monts, only afterimages were visible! As the Seal Technique changed, the storm of energy around him grew more and more terrifying, soon enveloping half the sky. Before this storm of Spiritual Power, the black monster seed utterly insignificant!
However, facing such imnse power, the black monster still didn’t move. It didn’t even mobilize a single shred of energy within its body, seemingly planning to et Chen Yu’s attack bare-handed!
Watching the motionless black monster, Chen Yu’s brow furrowed. A sense of unease welled up inside him; he couldn’t figure out the monster’s actions! But the attack was already ford. The arrow was on the string and had to be loosed. ’I refuse to believe it would actually dare to take this blow empty-handed!’
"Sky-Splitting Claw!" Chen Yu roared. The storm of Spiritual Power above his head began to churn, and a gigantic clawed hand instantly materialized. It tore through the void, reaching for the black monster. "What!" This sudden turn of events shocked Chen Yu. At the sa ti, a wave of weakness washed over him, and his face instantly turned deathly pale. The Sky-Splitting Claw had been his all-or-nothing attack. Now that it had been pierced by the sudden pillar of energy, he had suffered a significant backlash!
Chen Yu looked down. On the ground, a Primordial Beast shrouded in black qi was roaring at him incessantly. Its crimson eyes shone with a savage light, as if it wanted to tear him to shreds. It seed that the pillar of chaotic energy had been fired by this dark Primordial Beast!
’A Level Seven Primordial Beast!’ Chen Yu’s brow furrowed as he sensed the faint aura radiating from the dark creature. A Level Seven Primordial Beast was equivalent to a Spirit Emperor Powerhouse!
However, Chen Yu was puzzled. ’Primordial Beasts are only supposed to exist within the Secret Realm. Why would one be colluding with this black monster?’
The black monster looked down at the Primordial Beast continuously emitting black qi, and a cold smile touched its lips. The chaotic energy in this place already made Primordial Beasts extrely irritable. Therefore, it only took a little guidance to fully unleash their savage nature—and that guidance was the black qi! ’I can’t afford to get bogged down in this fight!’ Chen Yu thought. The situation was extrely unfavorable; retreating was the best option! At this thought, Chen Yu’s hands ford a Seal Technique, and his body flickered. Several identical figures appeared beside him. Moreover, the aura and movents of these figures were completely indistinguishable from Chen Yu himself, making it impossible to tell which was the real body and which was an illusion!
Once the Clones were ford, they scattered and fled in all directions. A burst of powerful Spiritual Power shot from Chen Yu’s sleeves, blasting apart the black Energy Balls heading for him as he tried to break out of the Secret Realm!
Seeing this, the black monster’s brow twitched. The auras of Chen Yu’s Clones were identical to his real body, making them impossible to tell apart. ’I didn’t expect him to have a trick like this up his sleeve!’
"Hmph, trying to escape? Not so easy!" the black monster snorted. Its joints protruded, and dozens of black Bone Spikes suddenly flew out, turning into Sharp Arrows that shot toward the Clones, so fast they pierced right through the void!
SHINK SHINK SHINK...
The black Bone Spikes instantly pierced through the bodies of the Clones. Any Clone hit by a Bone Spike slowly dissipated. Only one body faltered, and blood instantly sprayed from its back!
"Found you!" The black monster licked its lips and sneered. With a wave of its hand, countless black Energy Balls shot toward that figure!
BOOM!
The next mont, a terrifying explosion roared. A storm of energy instantly raged in mid-air. Chen Yu’s injured figure was engulfed, vanishing between heaven and earth...
