Pokemon Dinsion
Overall Grade B
Alamos Town
Located in the Sinnoh Region, Alamos Town boasted strong architectural structures, displaying the works of the renowned architect, Godey.
However, the best piece of art in the town wasn’t a traditional building.
It was the Space-Ti Towers, constructed over a hundred years ago.
Along with carrying a magnificent design, the towers were considered sacred by the locals, the stories depicting them as the town’s guardians.
Presently, the towers also housed a Pokemon Contest Hall, attracting thousands of Pokemon Trainers for tournants throughout the year.
However, not many knew of the brilliant scientist whose lab was in the basent of the towers.
Tonio, the great-grandson of architect Godey, was a researcher, his studies including, but not limited to, the spaceti continuum and various related fields.
In his lab, Tonio was reading his great-grandfather’s diary.
Suddenly, the computer on the desk next to him beeped, showing unusually strong readings.
Tonio suddenly got up and looked at the readings, shocked.
In his shock, he failed to notice the hourglass on the sa table, the trail of sand inside it losing its montum as if ti itself had slowed down.
In the very next mont, a severe tremor ran through the entire basent, making Tonio stumble and fall.
The hourglass followed suit, sliding off the table and falling as well.
Before it could crash on the floor, though, a hand reached out and grabbed it.
Another hand of the sa person lood over Tonio. "Easy there," he said, pulling the scientist up. "How are you going to win Ms. Alice’s favor if you act so... flimsy?"
Tonio chuckled wryly, looking at the tall man.
A muscle-fit white T-shirt over blue shorts. Red hair and green eyes. And a wide, silly grin on his face.
It was Red Sun.
"Thanks, Desmond," Tonio said, going back to the computer. "I didn’t expect you to return so early."
"Haha..." Red Sun laughed. "Well, I just went for a walk. Not to a different dinsion. So, what’s up? What was that tremor just now?"
In response, Tonio began rambling so stupid science stuff that went right over Red Sun’s head.
Red Sun had arrived at this tiline months ago.
To keep him in the thick of the storyline events, Captain Red had given him the task of befriending Tonio for the Mission, first.
Red Sun had absolutely no interest in nerdy science, nor was he capable of it.
However, with Captain’s Echoes implanted in his mindscape, he just had to read the sentences and numbers they displayed in front of his eyes.
As Red Sun did the sa now, reading weird shit off the script with his eyes planted on the computer screen, Tonio gaped at him, dumbstruck.
"Yeah... yeah..." the scientist fell into a stupor. "Why didn’t I think of it? OK. Let’s go out and get more data..."
Red Sun’s mouth twitched as the nerd grabbed a laptop and ran up from the basent.
After only a few minutes, they arrived at the forest at the backside of the tower, finding a lively crowd full of people and Pokémon already occupying the space.
"Hey!" a girl waved toward them.
"Oh, no... It’s Alice..." Tonio straightened his hair hurriedly. "How do I look?"
Red Sun mumbled sothing, laughing, but his focus was on soone else entirely.
The blond-haired Alice was a major storyline character in this tiline. She was a hot-air balloon tour guide while pursuing her music studies in the town.
Next to her was the minor character Baron Alberto, with his Pokémon, Lickilicky.
But Red Sun wasn’t watching either of them.
"These?" Tonio asked, looking at the three people behind Alice.
"Oh, this is Tonio, my friend," Alice said, looking at the three people. "He’s a researcher here. Next to him is Dr. Desmond, who is visiting Tonio for research purposes."
Then, Alice looked back at Tonio and Desmond. "I t them on the other side of the lake and gave them a lift," she explained. "Let see... the handso one is Brock. The cute one here is Dawn..."
As Brock laughed boisterously and Dawn blushed, the third boy with them stepped forward before Alice could introduce him, a Pokémon jumping onto his shoulder from behind.
"Hi, my na’s Ash," Ash said. "And this is my partner. Pikachu."
"Pikachu!" the Pokémon waved.
As Tonio, Alice, and others fell into conversation, Red Sun focused on the Beast Ball, sensing Beelzemon’s return.
He couldn’t cross dinsions in a Bubble.
However, Unown Dinsion was special, letting Red Sun take advantage of his Multiverse Interdependency between the Pokemon and Digimon concepts.
All Digimon were nothing but packets of digits, similar to Unown’s true nature and the Unown dinsion they occupied. Using a modified Digivice, one could create a wormhole that would lead to a Digital World in a Bubble if it existed, or any such world closest to the definition of a Digital World/Dinsion.
Red Sun had bought the Epic Grade Item from the Primordial Tower Trade Market for 500 million Mission Credits, borrowing 300 million from Captain Red and adding the rest himself.
For an Item that could open a channel to a different dinsion, the Epic Grade Digivice was cheap. If it could let Contestants of flesh and blood travel to the said dinsion, then Captain had guessed that it would have been almost priceless.
Regardless of that, the Item did its job well, letting Red Sun send Beelzemon or ShineGreymon to the Unown dinsion periodically.
And? Red Sun asked, putting away the Beast Ball secretly.
Yeah, they have arrived in that Unown Dinsion, the ga-level Digimon relayed the information. The main storyline events have already started.
You... sound off. Red Sun’s eyes narrowed. Is that fear I am sensing... from you?!
Beelzemon scoffed, but, to Red Sun’s utter surprise, didn’t deny the statent.
If you had seen those two fight, then you would have pissed your pants, the Digimon said. No matter how much I like battles, I wouldn’t even think of crossing paths with those two... brutes. Not in any dinsion.
Red Sun’s face paled. What are you trying to say?
I am saying that you should enjoy yourself while you can... The Demon Lord Digimon said, carrying a chill in his voice. Because —
— you... might find it impossible to follow through with your Captain’s command this ti.
