Not the False Wand, as that would be an Item, but a proper one.
Without the Wand accompanying a student, there was no aning in going to Hogwarts.
It didn't matter if you could do non-verbal magic or not. So things, missions, and opportunities were specifically designed for a Contestant who had managed to beco a Hogwarts student; which, in turn, ant having a Wand.
The Fourth point was the most hideous and connected to the Second point — Make sure the kidnapped student never gets found out without dying for the entire three or four-year term of the Contestant.
Because if, by any chance or accident, the wizarding world got to know of it, then the Contestant would be forced to survive the chase of the Official Wizards as a part of the Hidden Mission's Objective.
What made this Hidden Mission impossible was that it wouldn't let you return to the Primordial Tower with all the gains, permanently extending your Mission's Ti Limit to the Hidden Mission's Ti Limit.
