After spending a few days in the Verse Fusion Random World and making sure that Shinobu had conceived their child, Kai had left the Upper Moons Hashiras alone.
However, he hadn't returned to the Harry Potter Random World directly.
There was one more world he needed to visit as part of his preparations.
In The Lord Of The Rings Random World, Kai eyed a ten-year-old boy with fascination.

Kai was here for Queen Arwen of the Reunited Kingdom.
Arwen was the daughter of Elrond, the half-elf ruler from the Middle Earth.
At this ti, she was already over 2700 years old, effectively making her one of the storyline characters even older than Kai.
And the boy he was looking at now was Aragorn II, who would later be crowned as King Elessar, becoming the first High King of the Reunited Kingdom.
He would also end up marrying Arwen.
Kai wasn't truly interested in the Title itself. However, rembering the complex nature of the Heart Rhythm Skill and its Grade, he had imnse hopes for the Eternal Rembrance Skill to rise to the B or even higher.
Kai had not begun working on the Title because he neither had the ans to do so nor did he have enough power.
Now, however, not only had he gained enough power, but he could also afford to stretch the Side Mission up to 200 years.
This wasn't Verse Fusion Random World, where Kai enjoyed much freedom. First, it wasn't a part of a Bubble. Second, it didn't have any Bubble Entity. Third, its Tiline didn't oppose him, as IT was too busy possessing the Demon King.
The Lord Of The Rings had both the Deep One and the Tiline.
So, barging headfirst won't work this ti.
One way was to enter the tiline as a side character and then make Arwen fall in love with him. But that would throw the entire storyline events in chaos.
Another way was to replace Aragorn II right after his marriage as the Faceless.
It would neither deviate from the main storyline nor would it attract active resistance from the Deep One and the Tiline.
However, both the Ad Infinitum and the Lucky Intuitions had rejected this approach.
There was no saying what the Heart Breaker would consider as Consensual Sex when it ca to this approach.
In both Cersei and Shinobu's cases, Kai had entered into a consensual relationship as himself, as re na and personality changes weren't the sa as changing identities using the three Contrasts of Facelessness and becoming a storyline character.
So, to make sure that there were 100% chances of him completing this Side Mission, Kai had arrived so early in the tiline.
Of course, being an Outer One, with his Side Mission screaming his goals, he had already attracted the Tiline's ire.
As Kai felt the world pressing on him, its might trying to bury him hundreds of miles into the earth, the corners of his lips lifted to beco a grin.

Kai raised his finger, hushing the Tiline.
He closed his eyes. When he opened them again, his gaze was brimming with mysteries.
"One instance of help against an Outer One, or a Tiline Invader," Nyarlathotep said, Hismysteries buzzing, reliving Him of the Tiline's faux pressure.
The Tiline fell silent all of a sudden, the world forgetting to take a breath.
Kai had struck the hamr on the nail, it seed.
Despite having Deep Ones, the Tilines' relationship with THEM remained symbiotic at best.
And who didn't like a free card with no strings attached, especially when it ca from Nyarlathotep?
No Tilinefeared an Outer One, but THEY also wouldn't go against one, especially if that Outer One was Nyarlathotep.
Otherwise, the Tiline wouldn't have co with a warning.
Kai would have died the mont he had stepped into this world.
[... No.] The Tiline said after a while, rejecting the proposal. [Arwen is...]
Nyarlathotep lifted His second finger, space tearing apart as His mysteries collided with those of the Tiline's.
[One instance of help for Karmic Dissolution...] He said.

There were many ways to go about a Karmic Dissolution for a Tiline.
However, if there ca a ti when IT needed to push it ahead or beyond the natural one, then IT would need external help; help that ca with a monstrous risk of letting an Outer One infiltrate the tiline.
If it wasn't for DEATH The Artificer from the Harry Potter Random World, and HIM knowing what kind of Outer One Kai was becoming, the Harry Potter Tiline would have never requested his presence as a Main Mission.
And, an enemy you knew was always better than the one you didn't.
[... Very well,] The Tiline finally accepted Nyarlathotep's proposal. [But you must follow so conditions.]
Kai buried the mysteries within as the world stopped pressing onto him. "Naturally."
[You will not lay claim to any material wealth,]IT told him. [Nor would you lay claim to any entitlent stemming from your deeds.
[You will die and disappear from this world at the sa ti as Aragorn II would have. You will let Arwen die as she should when her ti cos. And —
[ — You will not lay claim to the children born from wedlock.]
The Tiline was saying that Kai would gain no Skill, Title, or Item from this 200-year-long journey, other than for the Side Mission for which he had co here.
Kai didn't mind that.
But it was the last demand that made him narrow his eyes.
At first, he had been hoping to keep his children with Arwen as backup in case sothing went wrong with Shinobu, given the Tiline there was being a bitch about all this.
"I will not lay claim," Kai said, following the Lucky Intuitions, "as long as you promise to let go of one of the children who shows the most potential."
When a major storyline character died, the Tiline could either let him/her reincarnate in the Primordial Tower as per the Great Old Contract, or IT could hold onto them. Generally, almost always, the latter case happened.
The likes of Moraine the Elegant were the rarest of the rare cases.

"Too bad," Kai shrugged his shoulders. "I will try talking it out with another Tiline then..."

Kai held back a smile as he almost said — Good girl.
